Ben's Soft Pretzels

This was the best and biggest pretzel. It was the perfect thing for after walking through the Walmart for hours. Also the girl at the counter very nice. Located inside the Walmart in Fleming Island .

My daughter and I went to this wonderful place today. The person that assisted us was kind enough to give us their BOGO deal although we were 15 minutes early. I wasn’t even aware it was buy one get one free after 5pm. She was very accommodating and patient. I’m happy we went. We will be returning.

Listed hours show closing time at 8 pm, but they were shut down already at 7

We like to get a cup of pretzels when shopping in Walmart and the past 3 times we have tried to get some, it’s shut down do to “lack of employees” because people kept calling out. Today, the guy was so “busy” that he only had one large one made, and I’m sure being “busy” was not really the factor in anything being made.

Amazing service & delicious!

I come.here all the time and usually the employees are wonderful and the pretzels are awesome. Today I come and order online. I arrived and there was a young man working. Not the friendliest of all people. My order was not.ready either. He tells me they are out of the stuff to make Dutch Almond, and offers me some buggy bites, ok, No Problem. I also ordered a regular pretzel, these are usually the BOMB. I mean soft, fresh, great size. Today, not so fresh and about the 1/4 of size they usually are. I asked why they are so tiny and he tells me they got in trouble for baking them too big. Come On! These pretzels rock when they are made right! I am disappointed today. Usually I give them 5 stars but not today.. I'm sad. It's my birthday and All I wanted was a pretzel from.Bens. ☹

I have never had a bad experience before yesterday.... I got my usual salted pretzel and while they are currently out of the sauce I like(have been for a little while), I still wanted a pretzel. I got one for my husband as well because he absolutely loves them too. Their pretzels are normally amazing. This time? Mine was very under baked (actually straight raw in some spots) and my husbands was very burnt in some spots? It was very strange. I honestly still enjoyed the taste and made the poor decision to continue to eat mine and try to eat around the raw spots.... well... I ended up quite sick the rest of the day due to it. I will say that a young blonde girl was working there and seemed quite confused during the experience? I’ve had great customer service on all other occasions and was disappointed by my experience this time. I will still visit this location... but I wanted to pass this along to any management so they are aware and can address this issue so no one else ends up sick like I did. Was not fun!

Had a delicious salted soft pretzel. Counter person was very friendly.
