I had ordered the fried pickle ranch burger through the app and twice I had to submit for a refund with no refund even. HOWEVER, almost 2 weeks later I go into the same Burger King to ask if they had the fried pickles before I ordered it again and had the same problem. The manger on staff was a young beautiful lady and said she had heard about my issue and while they still didn't have the fried pickles, she more than accommodated with with one of the best whoppers I have had from Burger King in a long-time! Best customer service skills I have seen at a fast food restaurant to date, and I am old! lol. Thank you so much for helping me it's truly appreciated!

Brittany went above and beyond when out of has-browns due to truck being late. Was very calm during stressful time with limited workers. Kept her composure very well, thank you Brittany for making our breakfast experience the best…

Ordered online, go through the drive through to pick up my order... they say sorry our grill is down we can't make your whopper jr.... ok.... can I have something else....she said would you like a chicken jr pattie on your sandwich instead....I said can I just have a wrap....she said the manger said no🤔 ok can I have the chicken pattie then and she weirdly specifies chicken pattie junior on my whopper jr🤔 and I was like well I don't want mustard and ketchup on a chicken pattie can I have mayo....she said the manager said no again its not equal value!!😑😶 tells me to pull around to the window and tells me it's too great a cost to the store and if they did it for me they'd have to do it for everyone (are you kidding me.... the dumbest laziest reasoning I've heard) I go inside and ask for a refund (have to do it online ok) ask for the gm or owners phone number because I'm flabbergasted at this point all items discussed were in the same price point and the entire store and drive through are empty at lunch time😒 I'm the only customer there....wonder why.... nobody has time for this on their lunch break. On top of it they never gave me the rest of my order I was too annoyed to attempt another interaction.

Awful! Gave our order at drive thru. Waited in line about 15 minutes. Got to the window and was told they didn't take drive up orders. We gave them our order and questioned the supervisor. He said they didn't allow their staff to be spoken to that way. All we did was ask about an order that we waited 15 min for. He slammed the window in our face. Will never go there again!

Don't waste you time. Terrible service at this location. VERY long wait times (30+minutes) for poor quality food. Customer service is pathetic, very rude and inconsiderate. We will not return, I can only hope this location closes and something better moves in.

I waited my entire lunch hour for my order of chicken nuggets and fries. Then I ended up driving back to work while eating from the take out bag. I should have gone to O’charley’s or Chile’s and they would have cooked up a meal in less than 10 min.

Well either the employees that were there at the time I'm posting this thought my order was gross or possibly one of the owners named Brittany, I sure hope what I'm about to eat isn't gross and they were talking about Britney. Either way probably shouldn't talk that way with the customer right behind you waiting on their food how uncomfortable.

Oh my goodness where do I start. First when I pulled up at the ordering screen I was told that I would be helped momentarily. 5ish minutes goes by with no help. I pulled up to the second window where it still took them an extra 10 minutes to open to window and ask what did I order? I told the him I had 3 mobile orders we placed 25 minutes prior to picking up. The store was completely empty.it took them 40 mins to make 3 Wednesday meals ….This burger king does not keep up. They are very rude, not a single employee wears a hair. Very poor management at this location. We will not be eating here. Do better
