Place needs serious renovation: the drive-thru sign looks like it belongs on the Northside not in Fleming Island. Need to turn the lights on at night; always looks like you're closed. This is the only BurgerKing in the greater Jacksonville area that consistently requires 20 minutes to receive your order.

This place needs to be shut down. Epic failure at every level. Half my order was missing from my DoorDash delivery yet again so I put a mobile order in, got in my car drove over there. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me because everyone Ahead of me got tired of waiting and just left without food. I get my food, a fry is missing and I told them about my botched DoorDash order. No apology of any kind, He goes and talks to somebody and comes back to the window 5 minutes later and says hi welcome to Burger King. How can I help you? I’m like is this guy serious? I said I’m the same person you’ve been talking to. I asked you about my DoorDash order and if my missing burger was sitting around somewhere. He says oh you’ll have to take that up with DoorDash. OK why didn’t you tell me that five minutes ago instead of making me just sit here at this window thinking you’re looking into this? Terrible employees, terrible service and terrible food. Every experience is so bad it’s starting to feel intentional. I will never go back. I suggest you all never ever go back. Put this store out of its misery. Give another business owner a chance to do something with the space.

I don’t even know how this place is still in business. The outside of the building looks awful with faded paint, roof, and busted drive through menus. The inside? There’s no way they can pass an inspection so I’m not even sure how they’re still up and running. Such a great location for a fast food or even fast casual restaurant and this place is ALWAYS dead never a single car in the drive through. Time to close up and put something new there

My burger was fine & the employee was too. But as I sat on the pastel pink plastic bench with the vinyl teal back & looking down at ugly brown tile, I almost started laughing - Why does this place *still* look like an elderly lady designed it back in the '80s?! I won't be dining in here again. It's depressing 😖

There was only one employee in the entire restaurant. It took 30 minutes for our order to be completed because he was taking the orders, cooking and fixing the food. It was totally unacceptable.

I was surprised by the size of the whopper jr. It has shrunk down to the size of a crystal burger. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Asked for no ice in my drink and they added ice. No napkins, no condiments. No wonder this place always looks empty. Paid over $8.

I'm going to give you a lot of detail on the Burger King on highway 17 in Fleming Island Florida. Worst Burger King I have ever been to in My Life! We go there every now and then and it's always the same, you order your food and you pull up to the window to pay and they tell you to sit there until they come back and tell you to move up to the window where you pick your food up. They do this because in the evenings they typically have only two maybe three people working in the store and if you pull up to the window to pick your food up right away there's some sort of a ticker or counter that's timing how long you're sitting there and they don't want their stats to look bad for corporate. Last Tuesday we went through the drive-thru, from the time I ordered the food until the food was handed to me was 23 minutes. Also the few occasions where we went inside to eat was terrible.. the staff is behind the counter either yelling at each other complaining about the customers or complaining about the management and we can hear them out in the seating area. There's also been quite a bit of bad language used... I absolutely 100% do not recommend the Burger King in Fleming Island Florida on highway 17.
Employees were watching the Jaguars game Sunday Nov 30th at 4 pm while cars at the drive through waited for 30 mins for their order. The parking lot was empty, there were no patron inside. There was a lady dressed in civilian clothing watching the game with them.

I’m the only car in the drive. One customer in the store. We are coming up on half an hour and still waiting. Watching this lady look at the screen at the screen and load a fry, look at the screen load a burger look at the screen add a drink. One item at a time. It’s like in slow motion..lol

Total management failure. Drive through paid, 25 minutes no food not able to refund. 28 minutes food arrived with apology. The staff was kind and apologetic. Definitely a complete management failure.
