We lived in the area for about 5 years and just tried this place. The Greek food is good and the breakfast options are solid. It's obviously a place for workers to pop in and grab breakfast and/or lunch as they travel to and from work. The owners are very friendly. Dining room is basic and a little gloomy. But, again, most people are ordering To Go or picking up.
This is Fleming Island's best kept secret ?. Greek food, made by Greeks. Skip the fast food places, go to Time Out Deli. Awesome food, fair price, Wonderful owners that make your food. Like being in Greece, only in Fleming Island.

Great food cooked fresh and to order. Amazing prices. It would be nice if they served breakfast all day. Does it really take a change over in the menu not to? I don't understand.
