“If you’re over in the San Jose/ Old St. Augustine/ Sunbeam area stop by for breakfast or lunch at San Jose Deli & Grill. It’s a great little deli tucked away on Old St. Augustine just off of San Jose. Fanika is the new owner and she’s a lovely lady. Keeps the place neat & clean and the food hot & delicious. Stop in & fill your tummy with made -to-order hot & cold items or if you’re in a rush, there’s grab-n-go cold drinks, chips and other snacks to get you back on the road quickly. Either way, it’s all delicious!!?“

“I love the Hot Chick from Mocha Rita’s Deli! It is the best sandwich in town, in Mr opinion. The restaurant is incredible and the service is second to none. I always feel welcomed and am treated like the only customer there. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended.“
