The window service was horrible. Told me my total for a breakfast sandwich was 1 price, but the ticket was for someone else food and argued about it. The manager did take over, so gave 2 stars

Attempted to drive through this newly renovated BK and never go to order because the service was excruciating S-L-O-W. Which is totally against the premise of a fast food restaurant. 🙄🙄

Poor connection, lack of certain foods, damaged environments. Just enough for me to say I hated this burger king.
I swear this location is always slow and the employees be in a lost daze.the drive thru was backed up so I got out of my car to just stand inside to pick it up my online order for eternity and they were so confused on the orders. Most burger kings around here are like this,, it's ridiculous. No matter how many workers they throw in the back they just cant get it right.

I understand this location is under construction and operations might gr a bit slow, completely understand. But it doesn't help when your employees on the morning crew are hiding in the back doing nothing. Multiple customers left standing up front waiting to order. Employee from outside came in and went straight to the back, didn't even acknowledge anyone standing at the front. Then an employee came from the back, no greeting, just basically a "what do you want". After telling the guy multiple times he just had an attitude the whole time. While his mouth is running he gave a customer their order only for it to be wrong. He still kept complaining to the employee that came in from working outside just to toss my order up on the counter and it be wrong as well.
No point in remodeling if you're still going to have people working their that don't want to do anything and have horrible customer service. After each visit to this location I question more and more why I even go to this one.

I just left there 5pm , I noticed parking lot construction and building getting work done. I have been wanting a BK whopper
But I ignore the renovation and went to drive thru.
No one there to take order a guy was in the building waiting for person to take his order as well. When the lady came out she went to take his order, no worries, but she was slow and I assumed no one was coming to help me and I assumed as usual BURGER KING having employee trouble like other BKS. So Wow be careful restaurants because it’s beginning to look like you guys are going out of business everywhere you have commercials on TV and radio you guys gotta step it up because after BK will be a dinosaur I love you but I’m getting tired of coming through your place of business and it’s slow or don’t exist or like I went to the one at the corner of Edgewood and Kings Road. They were close at one time, not good
The 2 stars is for my loyalty But you guys everywhere are having similar trouble.
Please do better, I miss the flavor
