This was the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The girl at the drive-through window didn’t say hello. Didn’t say a word to Me just hold her hand out and says $5.28. No goodbye no thank you no nothing. The windows all around the Payment window were covered with spiderwebs and bugs. Totally disgusting. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, onion rings, and a medium drink. The drink had about two pieces of ice in it. The onion rings were not done at all mushy And the double bacon cheeseburger had raw bacon on it that seems like it was cooked for maybe one minute completely disgusting. The manager of this place needs to do a better job

Was overcharged, and we I realized it I have made several attempt to resolve it whith Frank, the district manager. Only to be totally ghosted for weeks. When I contacted corporate that hasn't Done any good either. Guess I should have gone to Wendy's in the same area.

I had a really bad experience at the Burger King on Blanding Blvd. I placed a big mobile order for six people for a work lunch because they had the Cyber Monday deal for a free chicken sandwich. One of my coworkers wanted tomato on the chicken sandwich so I paid the extra twenty five cents. When I got in the drive through I ended up waiting in line for twenty minutes. Several cars even left. When I told them I had a mobile order they said to come to the second window. After all that waiting I finally get to the second window and the lady tells me I have to come inside to get my drinks.

So I had to park, go inside, wait on her to hand me empty cups, and then fill all six drinks myself. That was already disappointing, but then I get the food and almost everything was wrong. All the Whoppers that had special instructions like no pickle, extra pickle or add cheese were made incorrectly. The chicken sandwich didn’t even have the tomato I paid for. Everything was made plain like they rushed through it with zero care.

I was kind and patient the whole time, but this was extremely disappointing as a customer. Nothing was missing, but every single thing was made wrong! After waiting twenty minutes and getting a completely incorrect order I will most likely never come back here for lunch again.

worst location anywhere. they take a drive thru order about every 10 minutes, regardless of line. happens every time, today was the last. never ordered despite 15 min wait as the first car.

I go here from time to time with the hopes it will get better. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I always go through the drive thru, the past 3 times I had either a 5 minute wait at the menu after being told to please wait by someone that sounded like they absolutely did not want to be there or another time that I was told to please come inside with no explanation. The greeting at the window each time, was less than pleasing. The worker had an attitude like they did not want to be there. The last 2 times, after a long wait to order, there was a wait of at least 8-10 minutes to even get to the window. I don't know if if it is just poorly managed or if there is something else at play. The food is on par with most Burger Kings, other than the occasional incorrect order. This location is very convenient, I wish it was managed better or the corporate office / franchisee owner would get more involved. They recently remodeled, but if the service is bad, it is a waste of investment.

I feel like they cook it as ordered, if that is the case that would explain the long wait times. Even upon entering the restaurant due to an error with my order it still took 10 minutes standing at the counter before I was helped.

In terms of Burger King, this is the one and only one ill eat at. Great for cheap food if you got a coupon. They did make me get out of the drive thru and come inside to pick up my mobile order for some reason.
