In terms of Burger King, this is the one and only one ill eat at. Great for cheap food if you got a coupon. They did make me get out of the drive thru and come inside to pick up my mobile order for some reason.

The typical burger King. Not much different. I didn't like that I couldn't substitute my whopper coupon for an upcharge of an impossible patty. I found that to be annoying, but the lady at the register doesn't make the rules. My food was hot, but they did have an issue with their sprite soda when I pulled up. Luckily, I like ginger ale.

WORST BURGER KING TO EXIST. zero customer service skills, and the MANAGER ask customers to get out of their car and fight. A grown man asking a woman with her kids in the car to get out and fight. Then when he’s told to just do his job, he pulls a race card and lies to the police about someone calling him the N word!!! Liar and nasty attitude and clearly no morals. Never will I spend another dime at this franchise. Emailing the video I took of him trying to fight and accuse me of using a racial slur as I type!! HR if you’re reading these please contact me I have videos for you!!! This store is full of racist employees who don’t want to do their jobs!

They are under staffed but the gentleman running the show is crushing it. I had a slightly larger order. No mistake and pretty fast and friendly will definitely repeat business at this location especially with this gentleman.

Don’t Do It!!!! Worst customer service ever!! The oldish middle aged lady working the drive thru is so miserable she obviously hates her job and life! She mistakenly added a med Diet Coke to our order no big deal we told her at the window we didn’t need it but the total stayed the same.😳 explained it should be $3 n some change less now n she had to close the window n take a lap around the kitchen it made her so pressed?! lol we ended up driving off bcas she just wasn’t understanding basic math or good customer service. Actually the second time I’ve had a horrible experience with the same lady so felt compelled to share.

The manager has no clue what he's doing. Wait 10 minutes in the drive thru, just to have to repeat my order 3 times again at the payment window. Food is always cold. Not taking anything away from the men that work there(except for the clueless manager) and the woman that always hands you your is very rude. (Customer service is not in this restaurants vocabulary. Recommend Wendy's next door or McDonald's across the street.
I look forward to Billy voice over the speaker. He is so pleasant and helpful. I make sure BK is my go to when I work in the area. Billy is awesome

Pulled up to drive through at 11:59pm and the guy at the window took my order with a smile. There was a 5 min wait which I didn't mind, because the young lady brought my food out with a smile, and 😊 my food was hot and fresh! Thank you so much for the wonderful service ❤️ .
