Don’t try the new pimento sandwich here. I was super excited to try the new hot honey pimento sandwich so my bf and I went specifically to try it. There was about a teaspoon smear of pimento on my sandwich. It looked comically nothing like the picture its advertising which is unfortunate bc we were looking forward to trying it. Reached out to customer service hoping for at least a refund on my sandwich and received a response basically saying sorry, let the team know, hope it’s better next time.. —Red Owl has an amazing pimento sandwich that actually looks like the picture if you have been equally let down by this location
I don’t know what has happened to chick-fil-a… All my mom wanted was a grilled chicken club while she’s in the hospital, so I ran up through the drive thru really quick. Not only did they charge for the club and not put cheese and bacon on it, they also failed to put any napkins, straws, or utensils for the other entrees in the bag. I guess I take some responsibility for not checking every individual part of the order, but I shouldn’t have to. Also: when you call the location - the line is completely disconnected! I tried calling twice and it will say “press 1 for the direct line” and then the line just cuts out as soon as you press 1. Absolutely ridiculous.

This chickfila has become very lax about the quantity of fries that they give. I have found multiple times that the fries are halfway full after ordering a large. When I bring it up to them they always correct it. I assume it's management attempting to save money. But it's unacceptable. I am tired of it. And, looking at these google reviews I am not alone
