I don’t know what has happened to chick-fil-a… All my mom wanted was a grilled chicken club while she’s in the hospital, so I ran up through the drive thru really quick. Not only did they charge for the club and not put cheese and bacon on it, they also failed to put any napkins, straws, or utensils for the other entrees in the bag. I guess I take some responsibility for not checking every individual part of the order, but I shouldn’t have to. Also: when you call the location...
We had lunch here yesterday and did drive thru because we were in a hurry. We got through the line very quickly and efficiently. We had 2 nugget meals with fries and cokes. I would say we were out of the line in 5 minutes. They staff were very polite as usual and made sure we got our order right before we drove off.
