Efficiency of this location can be inconsistent, dependent on the mix of staff. I usually mobile-order, and, most of the time, my order is ready when I walk in the door. They always shout a greeting when a customer enters. This one has a drive-thru, but I prefer not to use drive-thrus.
Vegetarian options: I buy their avocado toast and their black coffees. I'm not interested in other menu items for myself.
Parking: The parking lot here is small, given that it's serving four businesses. I can usually find a spot right by the entrance, but that's occasionally not the case. Spaces are tight, and the aisle is narrow, so you're tightly constrained turning into or out of a spot. Also, the spots in front of the store are right where people leave the drive-thru lane.

Get a great cup of coffee here at Dunkin donuts on 17! This is the cleanest and nicest donut shop around. We especially appreciate the service. Layla is excellent, and the whole crew is friendly. The donuts are fresh, beautifully decorated and delicious. Today we enjoyed the famous bagel bites, they have a delightful cream cheese center; hot and good.

Update - 4/24: why oh why did I decide to give this lousy location another chance?!? Perhaps because of its convenience near my home. But I instantly regretted it. Not only have they discontinued an item that is currently being promoted on the app (???) and the so-called "help" continues to be rude, but now they are also personally confused. Such a sad generation. SMH
April, 2023... Sadly not much has changed at this location. Without question the WORST Dunkin' in Jax. Should be renamed Stunkin'. Service is Terrible with a capital T, and they almost always run out of donuts by noon. Keep in mind this is a donut business which stays open till 8pm, but they're out of their signature product by noon. On my last visit I asked why this is always the case and the girl said, "oh... well we usually only make enough for the morning." SMH.
Original review from 2018: Coffee is excellent. After all, it IS Dunkin. However, the drive thru wait time is consistently terrible, even when there is only one car in line. As a new resident on the Island, I have been coming here for 6 months now and I can honestly say this is the worst DD (in terms of speed of service) in the area.
I usually visit in the early afternoons for lunch and have found the staff to be very kind and professional. Location is busy and the food is decent.

For the most part this location is great , I’m a little aggy this morning because my XL HOT coffee was wrong which was amusing because the woman doubled checked that I wanted my coffee black with sugar so you would think you’re getting the coffee you order NOPE , now I know what you’re thinking .. why didn’t you double check , well when it was discussed at the speaker I didn’t think I was going to have to double check so yes there was a my bad on my end but cmon now all you gotta do is read the screen and or the little sticker that gets placed in the cup . It was my husbands coffee if it was mine I wouldn’t have cared . Also a hair on the Boston cream looked like a beard hair gray btw . Lol . Please double check the orders we work too hard for our money y’all should know this !! Also I can tell you who placed the coffee at the window next to the young man so invested in his conversation .
