Twice in two weeks: lukewarm pizza. I've been ordering 5 star for over 20 years and it tastes best when it is hot. When it is not the crust tastes a little bit like cardboard and when the red sauce gets a little crusty, that's just no good. I literally called and said please deliver my pizza hot. Yes sir it will be delivered hot. It was not, and we live some five minutes away from the store. Having paid about $84 for the order I don't think that's right. Sadly, it is time for me to stop ordering from this 5 star because they are not upholding the quality that I know is possible. And for the price, which is much higher than any other delivery pizza, they should be absolutely phenomenal. No more.

Ain’t no damn way that I ordered 2 pies TWICE with this pizzeria paying over $30 both times and not making them give me a refund for both pizzas to be delivered to my house BURNT, OLD, AND DRY. The second time I ordered I told them the mistake made and she told me the pizza will not be burnt and that it was complete by the time I paid and we got off the phone, HOW ? they are not freshly making these pizzas.

I have been a regular customer since 2016. I don't know if mgmt changed or something, but the pizza has gotten worse each time over the last 6 months or so. Buffalo Ckn pizza used to my favorite and I order it every time. But, you can barely taste any hot sauce and they put less and less cheese on each time. The same goes for the other kinds. If I'm paying for restaurant pizza and spending $50 each time on average, I expect it taste good. If not, I'll make it at home myself or find another pizza place to order from. Fix your quality or find new customers willing to pay for these sad pizzas.

Order a large pizza with three toppings, the crust was so freaking hard, I thought my teeth would crack. The children pizza with one topping was cooked just right. My first and last time ordering anything from this place. Should’ve followed my first instinct and ordered from Jets.
I have never ate here before and don't plan to. I was picking up an ubereats order recently from this location and I had to wait on them to make it. I was looking at their paper menu because I was interested in trying their pizza in the future. The kitchen was jam packed with young workers and they have lots of delivery drivers coming in and out. But what disgusted me was as I looked over to this one dude he was sprinkling toppings on the pizza with no gloves on. Then he proceeded to play with his dirty pants and touch his face before he finished the pizza. I immediately tossed that menu down. You can't be dealing with people food like that. It's hot in there so you know he was wiping sweat . It completely turned me off from wanting their pizza. And everyone seemed annoyed and tired.
