My husband went in there on a lunch break which almost NEVER happens. So he's waiting patiently but the clock is ticking so he asks about his order and was told they hadn't started it yet. He had to get back to work and said well I need a refund and now I don't have time to eat. He was given a refund and no apologies. This was 100% deliberate and discriminatory.
