QP Burgers were red. Jennifer explained they were doing some training and I, as we should all, understand things happen (the person taking my food order needed help so it solidifies her statement along with perhaps new ppl training in the back). Jennifer, the manager, was nice quick and friendly about my compliant, apologized, offered to replace meals at my convenience.Not the type to leave reviews (maybe once every 3-4 years) but she didn’t make a hassle and didn’t ask questions as if I was maybe in the wrong. Kudos to her.

Only one time a cashier was friendly, the rest just doesn't seem to care. Tables are usually dirty so we get our food to go. The digital menus don't seem to work and they screw up a simple order, so we usable go in and get it to go. Food doesn't taste like it used to, McDonald's a broad taste like it used to here. We mainly go for the fries and have to ensure they are hot and they don't seem to fill the container up anymore.

With my personal experience there was a very rude worker that purposely told me he made my order of a Carmel frappe wrong that was for my grandpa with cancer, I was trying to be nice to him but he was being very disrespectful knowing that I went to school with him.his name was

I spent $70 at this location just to receive stone cold food that was poorly constructed. I realize it’s fast food, but it took so long for them to bring the food out, and the drinks they forgot the first time, that I expect them to get the patty on the bun and the food to be fresh. It was inedible. I tried calling the store, spoke to a manager and was told to call back tomorrow because I used the app to pay.

I visited this restaurant last weekend and ordered a qtr pounder meal. They not only left out my fries but they gave me a cheeseburger with 1 patty instead (a 1/4 Pounder is supposed to.be 2 patties). Be very careful when going through the drive through and be sure to check your order. Management really needs to get on their staff about making sure that the customer is getting what they pay for. From other reviews, it seems this particular location has a bad habit of shortchanging folks.I will most likely try the Plantation location in Middleburg next time as their prices are cheaper and service is superior. Anyone else notice how Fleming Island restaurants in general seem to have the worst service and prices compared to other locations in the Jacksonville area?

This is the second time in a month that I have had to park and wait for my food for over 20 minutes. This is beyond unacceptable to take my money, and the 5 other people parked waiting for their food, and not let me know it’s going to take this long. I came to FAST food because I don’t have time to go sit down and eat for 30 plus minutes. Completely unacceptable
