We go to this McD's often and usually food is good and hot. Not today. Nuggets where mushy and fries immangiabile! We did use the deal on the nuggets, but really! It's not a deal if you throw it away just after you receive it. People that work there are so friendly, Please think how you would feel if you spend money for lunch or dinner and had to throw it out because it taste so bad and you are no longer at the restaurant. Still hungry and now have to find something else.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an online order for pickup and they completely switched my order with another customer. I call up there to tell them about it. I did not receive any help. They asked if I had the receipt but the receipt wasn’t even placed in the bag. I have a screenshot of the order but apparently that wasn’t adequate enough. I wasn’t refunded nor received my actual items. The woman I spoke with was so apathetic and showed zero interest in what I was saying. Unacceptable.

I had to leave because the second line was empty and when I spoke (on the 2nd line), the woman told me that she was not ready yet. I waited 10 minutes and when I asked again she told me that she was NOT ready for me to place the order yet. I asked him if it was far away because the other line was moving forward, and 2 cars that arrived after me had just passed first, but the 2nd one had not. And she told me to wait until she was ready because no one could rush her or bother her. What's that answer?!?!?! I left without saying anything, and at MacDonald Oakleaf they treated me excellently and very professionally. This happened around 10pm. I hope they hire people who know how to handle the stress and flow of clients at Macdonald.

Ordered a Sausage Egg Cheese Bagel, and a Steak Biscuit. Steak tasted like an old piece of rubber. The bagel was not buttered or toasted. Very poor service and food, stay away from here and go across the street to BK.

It's a mcdonald's. Let's be so fr the food isn't that good lol, but it's cheap so everybody gets it, and that's not just on this mcdonald's. Overall for this specific mcdonald's the employees are friendly but they always seem to get atleast 1 thing wrong for a big order. Also they always mess up the coffee if you tell them more details than "a medium iced coffee" lol
Parking: There are always places to park, this mcdonald's isn't too busy so yayy
Kid-friendliness: I meannn... It's a mcdonald's... it's kid friendly, has kid meals (happy meal), and has friendly for kids environment, they also have high chairs for really young people.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has disabled parking and there is the place where the curb comes down so you can go in there but personally I've never seen a person in a wheel chair there

we came through at about 6:50 am. i get it, yall are tired. but who in the world drops a whole egg shell into a sandwich? is it really that hard to crack an egg? and does no one check and make sure theres not a whole egg shell cracked into an egg?? service was quick, but that doesnt really make up for the fact that my dad had to take the egg off of the sandwich to eat it.
