Drive thru is a nightmare most times I am always asked to pull forward and wait as there are already 4 more people that were told to pull up and wait. I understand your drive thru time has to be a certain level but that makes no sense. U make customers definitely reconsider going to the other McDonald's down the street. Staff more during ur busy times and or make sure management is jumping in when necessary

The are too busy talking about who’s dating who instead of working. Food was not made fresh and when asked to be remade they just heated up the meal I returned . MANAGEMENT NEEDs TO HANDLE THIS NIGHT SHIFT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WORKING JUST HANGING OUT .

Have never ever had a single bad issue with someone’s attitude at a single McDonalds until last night. As I pulled up and passed my card over the 2 women working the first window exclaimed that they “hated people who only ordered drinks” and that “they should know there’s a gas station right next to us” while they still have my card in their hands. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s. Have only ever seen immature nasty people here.

This was one McDonald's you could go to and feel like family no more the owner decided to get rid of all the managers and some staff and have kids running the place shame on them they discuss me I'm never eating there again and my whole family as well I'm letting everyone know too I'm done
I came into this establishment with my family and the dining area was filthy!! Food particles all on the floor, every table is dirty. Trash cans is full and it’s going onto the floor. There were no people in there. It doesn’t make any sense as to why nobody could clean up the area. I wish I could provide pictures of how it looks!

We go to this McD's often and usually food is good and hot. Not today. Nuggets where mushy and fries immangiabile! We did use the deal on the nuggets, but really! It's not a deal if you throw it away just after you receive it. People that work there are so friendly, Please think how you would feel if you spend money for lunch or dinner and had to throw it out because it taste so bad and you are no longer at the restaurant. Still hungry and now have to find something else.
