“This pub and eatery rocks! Arrived on a Thursday night about 8pm, had a table and amazing service from Autumn. Swear we didn't wait one minute from sitting down to place our drink order, drinks were at our bar table in less than 3 min! Ordered a yummy salad and quesadillas. Great live acoustic guitar player w a strong voice, country rock! Really enjoyed. There is a serious pool league that was fun to watch. Young and old playing side by side. This place is great!!! “Wonderful little spot that offers everything from live bands to Bingo night. They have a Dart teams that compete and the bartenders are great people. It isn't high-end but rather a neighborhood gathering place. You might interrupt an 80's sing -a-long while drinking a beer vibe. Great place.“

“While getting wife's I.D. renewed at NAS JAX we inquired from a sailor at the exchange if there was a spot where we could lunch since we had 3-4 hour wait until non appointees were called. Dewey's was recommended. The patty melt was top notch as were the fries. Wait staff were courteous and prompt to making sure our dining experiencewas enjoyable.. we recommend deweys.“
“Stopped here on the way home from somewhere else to have a drink and find a bathroom. Super happy that my bladder led me here because I love the atmosphere. Bartender was awesome, she was friendly and quick and also super fun. I would come back because of her alone but the darts are a nice plus.“

“Pretty large space with an outdoor covered seating too. Parking is always pretty horrible in Avondale but that's a given. The bartenders are nice and friendly. Beer was okay. The Stella was close to stale but the Oktoberfest was decent.“
