Starbucks is the go-to for wake-me-up coffee for this Mama! However, not all Starbucks are alike. We all need improvement from time to time. This Starbucks could use more Customer Focus. Waited at the register for approximately 5 minutes before anyone would charge me for a bottle of water I had in my hand. It was a 2nd order that morning inside. There were at least 6 employees behind the counter. I don't believe it should take all 6 working the orders from the window, in my opinion. Other than that, my first order went good and the food was good.Kid-friendliness: It was quiet and lots of spaces to sit and eat. Lighting was dim, which is good for many with special needs.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and a ramp. Doorways in entry and bathroom are wheelchair accessible. I did not see a pad for auto open and close in either. Long table with height for wheelchair accessibility.

The service today was just awful. Perhaps it’s because it was a Sunday after church has let out. They didn’t even offer an apology for the twenty minutes it took them to get the 7 cars ahead of me their orders. When I tried to see what was up I was basically ignored. We waited a good five minutes before getting our order even taken. I knew exactly what I wanted when I pulled up and didn’t need a minute to think about it. I would have been understanding had they said they were short staffed or offered any sort of an apology. I’ll be driving over the bridge, out of my way, to go somewhere with better service. I’m disheartened because having a drive through should save time but, sadly it would have been quicker to go out of my way.

(7/30/23 at 10am): Mikayla completely ignored me and my daughter at the counter while we waited for her to make drinks for one other patron. She didn't greet us nor make eye contact while we waited at the counter for well over 5 minutes. She seemed very inconvenienced by being at work and annoyed that we were there. She had zero interest in acknowledging that we were waiting. I found that very rude and not the typical starbucks standard. I wanted to leave without purchasing, however I had promised my 5 yr old am overpriced Cakepop. I'm still irritated over her Terrible customer service.

Was in the back chatting the guy ahead of us was trying to order even yelled for them and no one came out. He was tempted to make his own drinks. After standing there for some time the guy left, then us and another couple over all they lost 5 customers with in that span and our time was wasted.

Attempted to order and the supposed batista would ignore me and wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Not to mention wasn't working fast at all. Where did customer service go these days?

Im up at 530 every morning. This used to be one of my regular spots now that they open at 8 in the morn i will no longer be a customer. Not that Starbuccks cares. They have plenty of money. Not to mention the Starbucks on kingsley and 17 is never open at the right time.

This is the slowest Starbucks location with the worst possible customer service that I have ever been to. About 50% of the time they get the order wrong.

Stopped in for a quick pick me up. To my surprise, there was no one in line! How great is that. Treated myself to a mocha cookie crumble, only to find out they had no whip cream and that really makes the drink. Decided to get it anyway because I really wanted it. Not too bad without it, just not the same. Hard to believe a Starbucks located inside of target can't run to the dairy aisle to pick up whip cream when they're out of it? But I guess corporate on let them do that? I would like to note, the girls were very friendly, very attentive and everything was nice and clean. Definitely coming back. Just hoping to have whip cream next time.

This is the Starbucks INSIDE target, and the employees are clearly bothered by having to do their job. I came with my children, because my daughter had a gift card for her birthday.I was the only one in line at first, and before attending to me the staff members I saw spent all their time going into depth about a personal conversation and finished the conversation before attending to me. They took my order, and rather than make it efficiently, she would do one ingredient at a time, stop to be in the conversation for a prolonged period of time and continue to move on to the next ingredient. Three drinks took 15 minutes ! Literally! We heard alllllll about their personal conversation, and favorite colors for their board etc. She was so distracted, she blended our first Frappuccino’s without ice…I get it, it’s a quick job but some management would be nice ??‍♀️.

I do t recommend using your mobile app to order from this store. I ordered 1 Coffee, went to the store, waited for 11 minutes, watched everyone in line order, get there order, then asked about my order and was told they are a little behind on mobile orders. The last person in line that walked in well after me ordered 4 large coffees. Poor poor service
