I just witnessed the worst customer service AGIAN (for the fourth time) at this location. When did it become okay for employees to ignore customers? When did it become okay (with a full staff) to tell everyone in line to order their own food at the kiosk? No one in this location was willing to assist any customer in line. They were too busy goofing off and making fun of one girl that couldn’t pronounce mobile order. Their DT line was short and there was no excuse to not assist everyone in the front of house. Several employees looked at us all before I had to ask if anyone was going to take anyone’s order. The answer was NO to use the kiosk. I ran a mutual million dollar DT/in store operation for six years and not one time (I don’t care how busy we were) we’re customers ignored and told to do it themselves. You might as well let the customers make their own food and pay them for it instead of the rude individuals you have working at this location.

My burrito was cold and when I told the person at the cashier. He said it wasn’t cold. I know the difference between hot and cold and that burrito was cold. When I ask for him to remake it, he went behind the counter and looked at me weird. I ask for my money back. Taco Bell don’t have to worry about me come that. If it cold just admit. If you are wrong, you are wrong.

Stood at the counter 15 min before even getting acknowledged. Then the guy say I'm new I don't know the system. Then waited another 10 min before someone finally took my order

I ordered my food, and watched as an older man waited patiently for 5 minutes, nobody even acknowledged he was there. He then politely asked if this location takes orders in person (instead of the kiosk) and a Hispanic gentleman (middle aged) proceeded to absolutely undress him verbally. Told him “YOU CAN SEE THAT WERE BUSY!!! JUST WAIT!!” The poor old man said “I don’t want to rush you I just wanted to know I’d I can order in person” to which the employee replied “BYE SIR HAVE A NICE DAY” as someone who is in customer service, this was disgusting. The old man just wanted to order food. Meanwhile, it’s not been 10 minutes since I’ve ordered my food and nothing. A young lady came in and was missing something from her order, so the same employee very politely apologized and gave her free cinnamon twists. I’ll never come here again. Someone should know what their employees are doing and how they are treating customers.
***Update, I did receive a response saying to email them at said email address, so I did so. I do appreciate getting a response. It’s been a few days, I’ll give it some time to see if they respond to my email.
***Update…..still no response. It is unfortunate, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Girl at the drive thru is rude and rushing me to place my order. I was only trying to look at the screen for what I already knew I wanted . Then saying i took too long. Im glad I never come here lol and no sauce didnt ask (of course) no napkins 🙂

My boyfriend and I came to the drive through last night. The man taking the order was rude and quick with us. All I wanted was a chicken quesadilla with extra onions and my boyfriend wanted a crunch wrap and 2 burritos. Every single item had the smallest amount of meat inside. It absolutely looks like they did this on purpose. The cherry ontop of this is the food poisoning I got after eating the Quesadilla which was ONLY ONIONS. They gave me all of the chopped onions on a cheese Quesadilla. That is the most hatful thing I've seen staff do to a stranger. I puked all night and am still sick this morning just from taking 2 bites of the Quesadilla... Whoever made the food is a hatful person. Management (The night manager from 10/19) should manage their team.

Waiting in the drive through at 1pm for 18 minutes. Only 4 cars were infront of me. However about 6 cars that joined the line decided to leave due to how unbelievably slow it was. Good way to get business guys!
