This is not fast food at all. This is the second Taco Bell I have visited within a week, and each time, the drive-thru has taken more than 20 minutes to serve, in addition to enduring long lines of waiting customers. Management should be concerned about these delays, as they reflect poorly on the brand’s efficiency and customer experience. This situation is not a good look for fast food establishments that pride themselves on quick service and convenience.

Drive thru order on my way home. Ask the guy for sauce and he said he put it in the box. Got home no sauce. Very poor customer service and food taste horrible.

I always order the cantina crispy chicken tacos and tonight they might as well have been called soggy chicken tacos. They were made very sloppy and nowhere near crispy. Not happy at all with what I was served.

Always give out old food and I don’t eat out often but this place is ridiculous in service and food
What looked like the owner/manager at the drive thru window left 2 inches of room in cup.
The burrito was almost half the size of what im used to seeing and included far less meat.
My guy is cutting corners. I wouldn't recommend coming here until they up their portion size to the norm. I get youre trying to make profits, but your changes shouldnt be so aggressive.

Their food is good. Service a little slow but they get it done… I come here for lunch sometimes. They did offer me a free taco on taco Tuesday which had never been offered before at any Taco Bell on Tuesday 🤷♀️ 🤔 now you know!
