The Hilltop just hosted a surprise birthday party I put together for my wife and we couldn't have been more pleased. We ended up with over 70 guests enjoying an hour's worth of awesome appetizers and then serving stations offering 3 choices plus a carving station. Each of our family and friends were super complimentary of the food, and I would whole-heartedly agree with them. I have enjoyed meals there before so I already knew that would be great. Had a fabulous dinner here recently! We had a great dining experience! Both of our dinners were so delicious!! I got the prime rib and my husband got the shrimp New Orleans! They came with a side salad and warm rolls. It’s a very beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere! Our waiter was so attentive and the service all from all of the staff was great too! Next time I’m in Jacksonville I will be sure to visit again!

The menu has a great variety, and dishes are prepared and cooked perfectly, with popular options like prime rib, osso buco, and shrimp New Orleans served hot and fresh. The setting is very classy, and a real grand piano is played by a talented musician, creating a special ambiance that stands out from other places in Clay County. The owner and head chef, Chad Davis, often comes out to check on guests and ensure everything meets high standards. The restaurant also offers a varied wine list and desserts like a spectacular cheesecake or a special mashed potatoes mix. Ample parking amidst trees makes The Hilltop Restaurant a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a long, satisfying meal, whether for special occasions or casual dinners.
