My parents mentioned wanting to try Hilltop so I made a reservation for their anniversary and they loved it! It was easy for me to make a reservation online (for a Saturday evening nonetheless). When I called to put my card on file, the woman I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. My parents said everything was fantastic and that the pricing was very reasonable for what they got, they will definitely return. Thank you, Hilltop, for their lovely experience!

My wife and I like to go here for our anniversaries. It is so good and the service is excellent. They treat you like royalty. The prime rib is incredible and every side dish is top notch. Definitely a great romantic dinner experience. They even have a piano with enchanting renditions of songs from all ages.

The place was interesting. It's an old mansion in a residential area. Got there late... close to their closing time but the staff was very nice and accommodating. We both had Caesar salad and the prime rib. I got mashed sweet potatoes and glazed carrots. Also had a Moscow mule. Very good food, portions and service. Prices seemed reasonable for the quality. I recommend!

I went last night to celebrate with my husband and in-laws. The atmosphere is beautiful and there was a pianist playing in the bar. Our server, Robert, was so much fun! He took great care of us and made our whole night! We tried the mussels and pork osso buco for appetizers. They were very good! For dinner two of us had the prime rib and two of us had the filet mignon. All of the meat was cooked perfectly. The au jus and the rosemary demi glace left a lot to be desired though. The sides were delicious, especially the collard greens! Robert brought us a chocolate mousse for a dessert because we were celebrating. It was so good! We all enjoyed Robert and appreciate the time he gave to us last night. We Will be back for sure!

Y’all made our ceremony and reception go so smoothly, and you were all so sweet. The food, atmosphere, and service were incredible. Everyone (literally) couldn’t stop saying how much fun it was. Oh, what a wonderful place. Sedate and relaxing. Fantastic service and food. The servers are attentive and ready to accommodate your needs. We go for the prime rib but also enjoy the osso buco. The wine is varied and plentiful, but I enjoyed the cabernet. The cheesecake is light and tasty and compliments a full meal. This is a place to relax and enjoy a long and satisfying meal served hot and fresh with time between courses so food doesn't sit and get cold.
Parking: Parking amongst the trees spread far and wide.
Had a fabulous dinner here recently! We had a great dining experience! Both of our dinners were so delicious!! I got the prime rib and my husband got the shrimp New Orleans! They came with a side salad and warm rolls. It’s a very beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere! Our waiter was so attentive and the service all from all of the staff was great too! Next time I’m in Jacksonville I will be sure to visit again!

The commemoration of the death of Christ was the event we celebrated at the Hilltop, there was no room for more people... it was wonderful to see the increase in people who are interested in spiritual matters... fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

Had an early dinner. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere is rich old southern, very nice. The food was amazing. We started with fried green tomatoes, large portion, cooked great and tasted wonderful. My wife had salmon and she said it was very good. I had assorted veggies. The potato was cooked just right and the zucchini was grilled perfect. We both had garden salads, her's had raspberry dressing, mine balsamic vinaigrette. The salads were tasty and good sized. Best part of the dinner was the service, very attentive and polite staff.
