Tough Guys Cookies and Sweets

Amazing cookies! A little crunch on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside, i love it!! 10/10 recommend!

Tried the cookies here for the first time and my kids loved how soft and warm and good they were…will be back again

BEST COOKIES EVER I WISH THEY WERE ABLE TO DELIVER FAR DISTANCES

This is moreso for customer service. While the owners are nice, the staff employed there are not hospitable at all. Customer service was definitely lacking and it would be nice to see a more diversified staff. One of the girls was actually talking a little snarky to the other girl. The guy there didn't speak at all to acknowledge the customers and had his ear pods in even though he looked at the customer directly. Customer service is everything, and this needs to be cleaned up. Especially in a small community based establishment.

We went to my granddaughter’s 21st Birthday dinner tonight and had an amazing treat from Tough Guys Cookies. We were not only treated to cookies that were fresh and delicious, but also had an amazing theme decorated on them for her all time favorite movie “Nightmare Before Christmas”. I wish i could post a picture of the beautiful detail. They were a fabulous hit! Many thanks for your hard work. Highly recommend you to try the cookies! Great service too!

Cool cookie/sweet treat stopnin Oakleaf! The cookies are served warm even when you get them to go! I opted for the Chocolate Chip w/ pecans and a Toffee cookie. Very tasty and definitely worth the drive!

Friendly customer service! Cookies are delicious and warm. Family loves their lemonade and milkshakes!

Visited for the first time last weekend. My husband purchased a dozen cookies. 12 cookies and it's just the two of us! I was appalled. Who is going to eat all of these cookies I asked. To my surprise, and shame, we took care of them quickly. The cookies were so good. We tried an oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chip with nuts and without, and I think a snickerdoodle. All excellent!

These cookies are awesome! They’re fairly large and when fresh are warm and just melt in your mouth! If you let them sit and eat them later they are still fluffy and soft unlike most cookies that’ll gradually get hard. 10/10 I’ll be back!
