This is by far the worst food establishment of any kind that I’ve ever been into in my life. As I was walking inside towards the register, a young boy that was standing at the register, looked at me and then ran away to go stand next to another employee. That makes perfect sense as a customer is walking through the door to go run away and hide. He turned his back to me and the girl he was talking to also had her back to me. I said, excuse me three times he looked from the corner of his eye and proceeded to ignore me some more. I’m sorry but I thought the point of hiring somebody was for them to work to some extent, but apparently not. Finally, a girl that was sweeping up in the dining area said front counter they continued to ignore me so guess what I did?… I walked out. By no means am I expecting a five star service from Wendy’s but it would be nice to be acknowledged so I could place an order but apparently it’s too much for some of these employees to handle basic duties of working. Considering the other reviews, I am far from crazy and I wish nothing but the worst for this location. I hope it gets shut down permanently or every single person in there gets fired and they actually put people in there that will at least be willing to take somebody’s order. And I will be calling corporate and reporting this location directly because something needs to be done about it. trust me there are enough Wendy’s locations around this one is nothing but a problem and it needs to go

Went there about 630 and reveived the oldest hardest burger I've ever been served. I took 2 bites and gave it to the dog. But those 2 bites were still enough to have me throwing up all the next day. I won't be eating here again

My daughter usually loves Wendy's. I didn't cook tonight so we decided to go. Around 7pm. They Informed me they were out of toys for the kids meals. Which was fine. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was not good. All of our fries were ice cold. And my daughter could barely bite her chicken nuggets. They seemed old. So she didn't eat them. The only thing good was the strawberry lemonade. Which I love. The two young gentlemen that served Us were very nice and pleasant. But I did not want to turn around and wait in line again. So...waste of $20

Door is broken facing parking lot with no signage, causing patrons to walk into drive-thru area. Understaffed on Veterans Day with special advertising. No sausage to support special. Got a bacon croissant... absolutely the worst I've ever had!! Failure in every way.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s since 2022 so I was excited to go because of an nostalgic factor
Seven hours later, my stomach starts rumbling worse than McDonald’s ever could I’m literally on the sofa about to pass out from pain
I’m a man and if this is what period cramps feel like I feel terrible for women. I’m in so much pain.
Not to mention, they got our order wrong the two medium Oreo fusion Frosty’s got changed out for one large in a small one
Also, I was checking my braces and I noticed the meat didn’t look real at that moment. I knew I was cooked.
So I said all this to FDA what are you doing allowing fake meat in our fast food I will never be going back to Wendy’s even if I have nothing else to eat I would rather starve to death then go back and eat fake meat. This is my first one star review and it’s greatly deserved.

Got to the store at 11pm. Waited in line for 10 mins before they took our order. Went to this shop to get a frosty, they didn't have frosty’s. Wanted to get a burger, they didn't have that either. We then waited forever for our food. The employee was confused and clearly overwhelmed, possibly under trained. I was very disappointed, as their morning staff is fantastic. We finally got our food at 11:50pm.

I used to eat here a few times a week and this place has gone down hill so bad in the last few years from their prices, to the rude staff to the wait times being ridiculous when the place is empty but I stopped going altogether a few months ago because every time I would order a biggie bag, the bun on the burger would be hard as a brick on the bottom. That happened 3 different times. Don't get me started on the fries that taste like they have been sitting for hours. I called and let the manager know EVERY TIME and it kept happening. So I haven't been in months. Yesterday I decided to go grab a salad. They used to have amazing (huge) cob salads. I was charged almost $10 for a salad I could have gotten at Wal-Mart for $5 and would have still gotten twice as much. Welp, scratch this crap place off my list. After this, they have lost my business for good.
