The customer service experience at this restaurant is routinely terrible! This includes some of the managers. I showed up to pick up an Uber Eats order. I was the only customer at the counter. An employee passed right by me looked at me and just kept working. Seconds later another employee just looked at me and kept working. Seconds after that the manager approached the counter to put a tray down in front of me then turned around and walked to the back. This has happened often at this restaurant. Corporate needs to really address the situation. I canceled my order and left.

Have yall noticed that Dave's burgers/buns are so small anymore nothing like they once were and the lettuce is next to nothing and no tomatoes. Just not worth it anymore!

Watch your food!!!! We went tonight got the Queso Fries as well as a large order for our family and found a broken piece of a bowl in our fries. My husband hurt his tooth when taking a bite of the queso fries being it was mixed in the cheese and fries all was stuck together so wasn’t seen.

Worst Wendy's Drive Thru service I have encountered in life here's how I know the customer service was bad first of all I come here for a late lunch with my friend after placing my order my friend tries ordering his food they ask him to repeat his order like two times.I decided to cancel the order and go down the street Taco Bell with much better service if I do go back to Wendy's I most certainly will not come back to this one.

Hubby was hungry after being out late at a friend’s house so we decided to stop by Wendy’s for some nuggets as a late night snack. We didn’t get the name of the guy working the drive thru on 12/30 at 1145pm but he was a riot. He kept us laughing and had such a great attitude. They had to drop a new batch of nuggets and he delivered them to the car. I wish we had gotten his name. Whoever he is, he’s doing a fantastic job. ✨
