This was my third time visiting, and they never disappoint. I drive all the way from Savannah, Georgia, and it’s absolutely worth it every time. Kathleen is incredibly kind and always makes sure you have everything you need. I called ahead and asked her to save me some pâté kode, and it was ready and fresh as soon as I arrived. The portion was huge and packed with so much meat!

My go-to orders are the fried griot or the fried chicken with black rice—both are always flavorful and well-prepared. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, delicious food and great customer service!

Horrible restaurant not worth a damn you can place an order and they will give you one side item not even letting you know that they’re out of food no customer service the food sucks. Disgusting and nasty. Do not order from this place. Horrible disgusting sure they have failed every inspection

Ok do t even bother spend ur time and money here. The staff is rude and they have no idea what customer service is. They will speak to you like you asking them for free food. They always changing up orders. I ordered on DoorDash not 1 but 3 times and it took 3 dashers to get my food because their tablet couldn’t verify their order. There’s always wrong with their tablet. I called to verify my order because the dashers is literally showing them the order on the phone but she raised her voice at me and utterly disrespectful. She said oh call the cops then since this is the third time. Mind you they can bearly speak English so she was cursing me in croele. I see why it’s always empty.

Deep fried beef patties!… as a food critic on my way to food review stars Caribbean restaurant I passed this place on the way down blanding and said hey it’ll be cool try them out also. Looked up the reviews and with a 4.0 I said ok let’s give it a go. Upon entry
It was completely empty. Hey that means nothing
To my left I was greeted by the coolest 2-3 year old boy laying on the chairs playing his YouTube
Loudly with his shoes spread between 2 different booths
I didn’t mind , to me ithat meant this was a family business and the food was about to be slamming and delicious. I ordered jerk chicken which came with cabbage
Plantain and rice and peas
My lady ordered curry chicken
Plantain peas and rice
2 beef patties
And the don’t sell coco bread

Instantly I had worry bout the patties if they don’t have coco bread

Meal was 40$
Not bad but for that I was expecting the same as other places which similar price but have better taste. The lady brung our food
She was very nice .
Both our boxes had oil covering the bottom as is our tray was sat in a puddle of cooking grease accidentally. We began eating…. Food was 5 out of 10. Chicken tasted reheated and old.
My lady’s said her curry chicken wasn’t that bad but if sh take it home she can elevate it … which in my opinion I don’t want food I have to go home to upgrade
My jerk chicken… I ate some cabbage and chicken and gave the rest to my daughter when we left so I don’t waste it. The beef patties once I got home bag drenched in grease . Clearly deep fried. . It was a NO for me

The service was very welcoming! It was my first time trying Haitian food and visiting this restaurant. The owner made me feel right at home, she is a lovely lady. The food is delicious!!! The jerk chicken is spicy, so flavorful and moist!! The rice was cooked well and wasn’t at all dry. I will be a repeat customer to try more of this cultures cuisine 🇭🇹

We happen to notice this restaurant while just driving by and we stopped to give it a try. We had fish, griot, black rice, picklea, macaroni gratinee, and plantains. Sooooo good. The absolute best passionfruut juice!!! Great food, great service, great experience! Must try!

I drove from Gainesville Florida which is about a hour an half and this place was absolutely worth the drive. Mac n cheese was amazing, rice was cooked perfectly, griot was tender and juicy. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area or even someone coming from Gainesville like me !!!
