$19.87 for some mediocre fried cheese curds and a regular 4 piece chicken tender combo with tiny tenders. The value and quality provided for the money spent is not there in any shape form or fashion. Especially with another chicken restaurant in the same shopping center. This will be the last time I go there

Stopped by the drive thru this afternoon and ordered a fried chicken house salad, some of the lettuce was wilted/old and tasted like grass, there was water in the bottom of the tray, the chicken tasted like it was old and no flavor. I love Zaxbys, but this location is not up to par as far as I'm concerned. I used to go to the one in OP for yrs and there was NEVER an issue w anything I've gotten there. Fleming Island needs to step it up quite a bit if they want me to return, not the 1st time i wasnt happy w my meal!!

I had a large order. Whoever the girl is at the drive thru at 12.30pm… is incredible. Not only was she quick to take my order. My order came out hot and fresh within literally 5 mins. Best experience at Zaxbys.

Ordered extra sauces (paid for). Verified at drive through that they were in bag. Guess what? They weren’t.

320pm if you guys are able to listen to the intercom and hear that I did request what they told me to request. I went to the Zaxby’s today after a very long and busy shift. Very hungry. I asked for the loaded fries and requested at the speaker that they make sure that the cheese is melted on my fries. Because who wants cold cheese and cold ranch on top of warm fries. It’s never an issue at any other zaxbys location. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I receive my food and I check it and the cheese is not melted at all. I request for the cheese to be melted they tell me to pull up. I pull up with my window down in the pouring rain, the manager comes out and says if I expect melted cheese, I should say that I want fresh fries and chicken. So they can cook fresh food for me. My response was I did tell them I wanted my cheese melted which pretty much means I want my cheese melted…….. not to mention for $11 I would hope that they are cooking fresh food for any paying customer. Extremely disappointed. Definitely won’t be returning to this location. Glad to know that I’m eating old fries and old chicken….

I love zaxbys but when its comes to door dash ONE SAUCE ISNT ENOUGH FOR MY ENTIRE PLATE: i got four piece tenders with double fries and got a ONE small sauce for MY ENTIRE MEAL

Had a missing chicken tender from a 6 piece order and brought it up to staff. Was given 3 extra in return. Worker very kind as well. Highly recommended.

Stopped by for a quick late night dinner via drive thru. Will think twice before doing that again. Ordered Wings & Things - hardly any fries given; tried to order another Wings & Things and were told they were out of wings and only had enough for the first order. Ended up ordering Zac Snax and the chicken fingers are not worth the money paid. No sauces given. It was more like what do you want, let me take your money and get you out so we can go home - mind you it was 930p. What kind of restaurant that serves wings doesn’t have wings. This sad! I guess customer service is out the window these days - it more like how much money can I get from you and serve you minimal food quantity/quality.

I literally just got back to work. All I ordered was a chicken bacon ranch fry, no bacon.. There was still bacon, which is cool. OK everybody makes mistakes But the extra seasoning on the fries was not asked for. I only had 10 minutes before I had to be back to work so I figured I’d grab something quick since I knew what I wanted & Zaxbys is always a GO TO for me.. not today. I couldn’t even eat the fries because of all the seasoning salt.

Was advised the drive thru has a two order pickup limit. If I am picking up three orders I need to go inside because it is too difficult to get all three orders ready for pickup at the window. All three orders were 1 meal each. If we all three combined our orders into one then they would still have the same amount of meals to prepare and it will still take the same amount of time. I wasn't holding up the line as I was the only vehicle in it. The guy that came out and told me that seemed overwhelmed and not happy that we had three separate orders and I picked them up.
