Almost every time I come here they short me on chicken fingers! Tonight I get home and I have four chicken fingers in my six chicken finger box and no Zaxby’s sauce! I really think they do this maliciously since it happens at least once a week. Pathetic.

Please be warned! I got food poisoning from this establishment. Ordered the Cobb salad and fried pickles, within 45 mins of eating about 50% of the order, I was nauseous, hot/cold sweat, and wound up vomiting. When I bought it to their corporate attention, they responded without investigating the establishment and said it probably wasn't food poisoning as if they are doctors!! My pcp confirmed it was food poisoning. Corporate dismissed my claim, asked for return of the food and became argumentative. $18 bucks down the drain plus my copay to see my doctor. Please be wary before eating at/from this location ( they have a bunch of kids running this location) and at this restaurant altogether since they're corporate have no interest in ensuring the well-being and safety of their patrons.

ordered their Cobb salad and fried pickles. Ate about half the order and 45 mins later became ill. Nauseous, headache, cold/hot sweat and eventually everything came up. Reported it to corporate right away and they brushed it off claiming it wasn't food poisoning (as if they are doctors), my PCP confirmed it was. They asked for the food back in order for me to get a refund. Ridiculous! Please be wary...food poisoning is a serious indicator of poor food handling and unsanitary conditions.

If Zaxbys and Chick-fil-A had a drive thru competition based on food quality, efficiency, teamwork, and overall service…Im fully confident that zaxbys would win!!!! All you Starbucks loving, ankle tattoo wearing, basic, fall in line with the masses people really should start thinking outside the box and choose Zaxbys. Did you want the long wait times and lines??? or do you want THE BEST DRIVE THRU TIMES in Fleming Island and surrounding area? Have y’all even tried the rewards app? UPDATE : DO NOT order delivery! One of my family members has ordered through Door Dash at least 5 times and almost every order is wrong or missing something! The (drink) cup was 50% ice. This isn't the driver's fault of course. Disappointed and downgraded review to 3 stars.Original review: Though I don't like waiting 5-10min in the drive through for the order, the wait is worth it.I ordered 2 salads (Cobb with crispy chicken & House with grilled chicken) in the evening on 6/27/23. I can't find another drive thru restaurant in Fleming Island that offers an actual LARGE fresh salad.
