Went here for Brunch on a Saturday- There was "bridal Shower" going on, So the server was quite busy. Food and service were great as always. Still a great place for Brunch or Lunch
Worst service I have ever experienced. Reservations for 7pm, left at 7:20 after never seeing hostess again after I initially checked in at 6:50. Bar was uncleared from previous customers for the 30 minutes I sat there although on 5 people at the bar. Obvious staff is poorly trained and does not care.
Always a very enjoyable meal. The martinis are excellent and reasonably priced. Our waitress "Courtney" was sweet but aloof and not very attentive. No water refills, didn't bring replacement napkin after one dropped on the floor, no clean silverware following appetizer. Not major but worth working on if you want diners to have an excellent rather than OK experience.
If I could, I would give 0 stars! Showed up on time(730). The place was empty! When I say empty, I mean empty! Took a moment to be greeted, but then once we were, the lady said OK no problem, let me get your table ready, and I'll be right back..... I'm expecting a couple mins, but she literally just disappeared. We actually walked through the entire restaurant to look for her, and she was nowhere. So we left and went across the street to Osphere where we were greeted immediately, sat immediately (even though we had a large group). Don't waste your time at 310...head to Osphere! You will be very happy you did!
The service was well below average. The place was worn and needs a facelift. The restaurant was almost empty so I don't understand why the service was so poor and took so long the food, although was presented well it was cold when served. I don't recommend the place and I wouldn't go back.
If you're coming here for the view, don't. It's not much of a view at all due to it being on the first floor. Now regarding the view aside, I came here on a rainy Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was pretty empty, there were maybe 10 occupied tables, and a separate party of 10 with a room in the back (I know this because the host assumed we were with that large group and it took us 20 minutes to even check in for our reservation as she left the host table and did not return for 20 minutes!). After the long wait to get seated for a reservation, we were hopeful that service would be fast. It took about 15 minutes for us to even get water, and at this point, we were ready to order. After ordering, our food took an hour to get out (the appetizer was calamari came out in 30 minutes, and another 30 minutes for food). I had a Beyond burger which came out first and my date had a steak which came out a little after my meal, I understand steak takes a bit longer to cook but the wait in general was long considering how empty the restaurant was. The food itself was not worth the wait. The burger was good, but I couldn't comprehend why it took an hour to make, the price point of 20$ felt fair but the wait time was extreme. My date commented that his steak was cooked to his preference but that it lacked severely in any taste, he said it was unseasoned and not worth the 40$ price point. To be clear, the staff at this restaurant was very kind and they seemed apologetic for how long things took, but with 3 different waiters/waitresses working, it didn't make sense why we would go so long without any check-ins from our waitress. I want to recommend going here as we may have just come on a bad day, but my experience was not notable nor enjoyable enough for me to return.
There were 4 of us and dinner took an hour and a half, and they weren't busy. We were out of water for so long that we went and got a pitcher and filled our own glasses. The food was mediocre at best. I will not go back.
Probably one 1️⃣ of the worst restaurants we've ever been to. Now I get why it wasn't booked up for valentines day(even though it has a great view) only 2 other people were in there... Bartender was rude and dismissive. Server not much better. At least 6 tables were dirty with dishes and not bussed till we were there 1 hour. Our table was dirty( even though we had a reservation) Bartender told our server he could NOT make a margarita? Food took forever to get out and was hardly worth what we paid. The inside has not been updated since 1984. Horrible lighting and decor. Don't bother ever going here, many other clean, nice restaurants with people who act like they like their jobs and provide great service Horrible
Waitress was not good at service at all. She didn't refill our water when we asked her multiple times. Added something to our bill that we did not order. Will not be back again.
There was absolutely no ambience .. open space reminded me of a cafeteria. The tables were bare, nothing at all in the tables. The food was only ok for the price. My husbands ribeye steak resembled shoe leather and was extremely over cooked for medium. My fish was ok but not a $50 plate of food. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant on Valentine's Day, however, the server never bothered coming back to our table after she dropped off our food, we sat for quite a while before she came back, glasses had been empty for 20 minutes. Very disappointing food and service.

A bit understaffed considering a magic game and Dr Phillips concert was going on. Salmon entree was perfect, carbonara was not good at all. Drinks were not good either-cosmo (weak and lemony) and old fashioned (watery from too much club soda). Manager did apologize and gave us 20% off)
Food mediocre at best. Both of ordered the 1/2 duck which was actually 2 leg quarters. Garlic mashed potatoes were old. 1/2 duck means leg quarter, breast and wing at any other restaurant. The meal was not worth the amount charged. I do not recommend this restaurant. Service was poor as well.

I don’t know what happened but I came here like 8 months ago and everything has changed! From the quality of food to the service! The bartender and waiter seemed like they were high on something. The waiter kept forgetting to give us our drinks. the food took forever and the restaurant was empty. And then the check took so long that we thought that we had paid and almost left. We had to go to the bartender and have her cash us out. She was so high we had to keep repeating what our order was in order to cash out! It was an awful experience!

The overall experience was way below expectations. Service was horrible. Both of us ordered the half duck for our entree. They plated two 1/4 thighs as the half duck. For $28 you would think they would serve the half duck as implied on the menu. Manager in charge of kitchen not on site so no answers. The starch was really starchy garlic mashed potatoes that were gluey. Salad was nothing but arugula. With all the choices in Orlando I would skip Lakeside.
Server “Jesse” charged my card for an extra tip. Called restaurant when I saw the charge on my card in which the bartender said “we don’t really have a manger here, so I believe someone would do that she does it all the time”. Called store multiple times to get a hold of the fake manager “Bob” with no response. Thieves. Oh and the food sucks.
