Unfortunately not a good experience with our group today. Buyer beware - if you order shrimp be prepared to pay a lot at the end unless you specify exactly how many shrimp you want. This was the most ridiculous thing ever. The bill came out with a $14 adder. When questioned the server we were advised it was $3.50 per shrimp and it defaults to 4. So where is that mentioned? No management was on duty. No good answers or responses. Not good service whatsoever. They finally agreed to remove the charge. Sorry, you have lost our future business.

Hello! We attended 310 Lake Nona near Orlando, FL on Jan 29. I just closed on a new house near the area and we wanted a nice evening out at what I thought was going to be a fine dining experience. I had made a reservation and when we walked in, we were greeted very nicely, but one hostess/server said, ‘hold on, let me clean your table, I’ll be right back’. Now at a fine dining restaurant, no one should ever hear this. In fact my table should have already been set since we had reservations. When we got to the table, she said, ‘Be careful, it’s a bit sticky as I just wiped it’. We said OK, but were thinking, could she have gotten a towel to dry it off and set the table ware before she led us to the table? Then that same server asked us for drinks. We said just coffee which we really needed for the drive home. They said they have no coffee (or ran out or something). I’m thinking what kind of restaurants runs out of coffee?? I joked with her, “Hey why don’t you run to Armando’s next door and get me a cappuccino?”. The server said, “Oh, well, maybe we can do espresso then”. I’m like sure! She comes back and says they don’t even have that , lol. It was taking a while just to get my appetizer (calamari) when another server (lady) politely, humorously, and congenially asked if we can move table so that our table can be joined for a bigger party can sit all in the same table. We said sure, np, and even moved our own silverware and water glasses. She offered us a free glass of wine, and since this was a different server, I said, “Can you score us a cup of coffee?”. She comes back with two cappuccinos. We were amazed and told her about the other server who says there was no coffee or espresso at all. She tells me they don’t like to give out espressos/coffee because the bar tender wants to have it for his Espresso Martinis, LOL. Now is this experience what you call fine dining? I think it is more like a diner or café experience. Certainly not the caliber of 310 Park in down town Winter Park.

I ordered the Salmon via Uber Eats. Sub par for salmon. Not done to the description or instructions. Heavy blueberry horseradish sauce that doesn't go with the salmon. $5.00 side salad is a joke, a few greens and half an onion stuffed in a box. I won't order again. Other restaurants serve better salmon.

I love going to this place, the food is great and the drinks are wonderful. We usually go during happy hour because their deals are awesome. The Key Lime Martini and the Espresso Martini are probably the best drinks there. My favorite things to eat are their Buffalo Bites and their Sweet Potato Tots. The Salmon Burger is pretty good if you love fish and the Chicken Salad Sandwich packs a lot onto your plate.

First time at 310 Nona for brunch. What can I say? Not sure if ill ever come back here. Customer service was just ok. Tables outside were very dirty when they sat us down. Asked for mimosa and the cut was noticeably dirty on the inside. I tried the California Scramble and it was nothing special at all. My wife tried the steak and eggs and the steak was blend. The mimosas were not very good. For the price it was just a sub par experience. Lake Nona has a common theme of being up and coming but the restaurants are not that good flavor wise or the customer service its bad. Dr Phillips and Winter Park will still reign king if Lake Nona doesn’t get their act together.

We live in Lake Nona and have visited many times for brunch,Lunch and many dinners. Today my wife and i arrived at 10:14 am and the restaurant door was locked. We looked in the window and finally someone came and let us in. Keep in mind restaurant opens at 10 am. We ask to sit outside and the table we were given was dirty and never wiped down from prior evening. We were told no one this morning prepared outside. I personally cleaned the table. We ordered breakfast and i ordered a coffee to be told coffee hadn’t been made yet. Finally coffee arrived 20 minutes after we sat down. Breakfast was served and that was the last time i saw the server until i had to get up and request more coffee. Keep in mind we are the only table in the restaurant. Never came back to ask if our food was ok? My wife had to ask for more water as well. After we ate and ask for our check it took several minutes to receive the check. While waiting for check i used the men’s room only to find they had no paper towels or hand dryer? This surprised me since Covid19 still exists. Paid the check with cash and waitress shorted $10 when change was given. I recalculated for her and the proper change was received. Unfortunately this was a bad experience and not typical of 310. Especially with the many choices available these days. Probably will choose another breakfast option in the future.
We enjoyed eating outside. Perfect weather and ambiance. Loved the salmon salad and key lime Martini!

The service was extremely slow and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was excellent. However, my friend got a side of fries and there were literally 5-10 fries on her plate for $5. And we went to get dessert, they only had 2 to choose from versus the ones offered in the menu We won't be going back.

Very polite, prompt seating. Made us aware of drink options and quite helpful with food options. Rhiannon great server- attentive, professional and personable. Cannot wait to go back. Tried tenderloin Benedict, Mahi sandwich, seared Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad. Plus nice drinks 310 Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Pink Champagne- tasty.
