From the moment Valeria greeted us, it felt less like walking into a restaurant and more like stepping into a royal banquet where she was the queen orchestrating everything with absolute perfection. Her smile could brighten a blackout, her timing is sharper than a Swiss watch, and her attention to detail makes you wonder if she’s secretly reading minds.
She didn’t just take our order—she curated an experience. Every recommendation was spot-on, like she had trained her entire life for the sole purpose of making sure we had the best meal possible. Drinks refilled before we even noticed they were low, plates cleared with the grace of a magician, and somehow, she managed to be everywhere at once without ever seeming rushed.
Valeria isn’t just a server—she’s a life force. If restaurants gave out Michelin stars for service, she alone would earn them all. I wouldn’t know how the food is. I entered the building and no one was out front. There was No acknowledgement or anything. There were 2 other customers waiting as well. I would recommend educating the employees how to be aware. This company won’t be around long with poor management like this.
