Tonight’s dining experience was a big disappointment… come on 4 Rivers… I really don’t understand… in the past my dining experiences were great - great brisket / smoked sausage / pulled pork / and speedy service - but tonight the service was extremely slow (a very long wait for fries and a quesadilla) and the food had no flavor… very bland… I mean did you guys forget to season the meat or did you use a different wood in the smoker??? After tonight I don’t know if I can return to this particular location in Orlando.

Just had another amazing dinner with my son tonight at the Daytona Beach Location. This is the best location I have been too. Very clean store and the staff is amazing. Evelyn the manager was super nice n asked how the food was n was super polite. Definitely will recommend this location to all my friends n family.

Why is my sandwich more than half fat? Normally my sandwich is like 10% fat, now after removing all of the fat i realize theres more fat than meat, what happened to the quality control?

I usually don’t write reviews but this is the 2nd time I ordered the Turkey and got sick.. first time diarrhea and this time vomiting 🤮.. im not sure if it’s the mustard sauce or it’s bad turkey.. dry sandwich and no ice in the tea?? And now after reading others reviews, there’s no excuse for all the above ⬆️…. I want my money back

The entire meal wasn’t good. Went to the drive thru, didn’t get my drink. The fried okra tasted like a whole bucket of salt was dumped in it. The corn salad we were charged on wasn’t the normal corn salad and looked old. Lastly, the carrot cake was extremely dry.

A lot of bbq places nowadays, places are clean, price to me fell like slightly pricey and portion are somewhat small unless you go with $20 combos. I like to see some daily lunch specials.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU REMOVED THE JALAPEÑO POPPERS ?! 😭 I’m going to cry.
I always get the brisket marbled with fried okra. Their coleslaw is good too. But I am craving those poppers. Please 🙏🏾 bring them back.
The burgers are very good, but for the price they should be bigger, and the portions of fries are very small,

After almost 16 years of loyalty this is not easy to say. Barbecue is not fast food. Why break something that helped build a following. I moved from Winter park, too apopka and would drive for my 4 rivers fix, now I moved too orlando off orange ave and can not say how excited I was to live across the street, until tonight. I respect change, however at what cost. Last, I am single, loyalty rewards of $5 only if I spend $35, it is not ok with my choices.

The staff was friendly and personable, food was terrible. Not like I remember at all. It’s not the staffs fault the food is bad. They were great. Good quality was awful.

Was there today 12-3-2024 around 2:55 PM and ordered a brisket lean sandwich inside at the counter. The guy slicing the beef was too lazy to cut off the fat/grizzle which I didn't notice until I left. What a rip off! Picture shows the large amount of fat.
