4 Rivers Smokehouse and while the food was good, it wasn’t amazing. The place is clean and nicely lit, but it feels like it has no real character. The beans are excellent, but the meat lacks personality and they don’t take any risks with the flavors. Portions are small and prices are pretty high for what you get.

The food here is delicious, but I also just have to say the service is amazing. I ordered a lot of food for a family gathering and some of it wasn’t ready when we got there and they couldn’t find the order but the person who brought it out quickly offered to run in and make it for us and was so kind and helpful. It was top-notch service. I’m I’m obsessed with this restaurant and we will be back

The true test of any organization is how its employees further their mission and take amazing care of the customers. Today was proof of what a great job 4 Rivers is doing. I had an incident today and got served a far less than ideal sandwich. It can Happen anywhere But what happened next is Amazing. The young man at the window listened to me and immediately took control of the situation. He was Very Kind Courteous and had a great smile. I immediately was put at ease. He Brought me another sandwich which was amazing like usual at 4 Rivers, and turned my frown upside down. Thank You Angel and thank you 4 rivers for having such a great employee. He is very special....just like your Brisket.
Good. Make the fries like chick fil a fries. I’m glad I got a cookie with the kids meal. I am 5 years old.

Tonight’s dining experience was a big disappointment… come on 4 Rivers… I really don’t understand… in the past my dining experiences were great - great brisket / smoked sausage / pulled pork / and speedy service - but tonight the service was extremely slow (a very long wait for fries and a quesadilla) and the food had no flavor… very bland… I mean did you guys forget to season the meat or did you use a different wood in the smoker??? After tonight I don’t know if I can return to this particular location in Orlando.
