very solid ice rolls and friendly staff. Had an almond joy one and really enjoyed it. Sooo many flavors and the group I was with each got a different one and enjoyed it a lot!

Tried this place for the first and last time. The store closes at 10pm but at 9:15pm they closed the lobby and people weren’t allowed to eat there. I ordered $85 of ice cream and ask to change out the smallest out because the ice cream tasted weird/off not good at all. They refused and told me I would have to buy another one. A family came in at around 9:17pm and as they waited for their ice cream were told they couldn’t sit because the lobby was closed. They ended up sitting regardless at a dirty table. The staff closed out all the kiosk and were rushing people. My order was supposed to be to eat there and they put it to go on. The customer service is horrible, the staff was more worried about going home than servicing the customers.
The other ice creams aside from the black cherry were tasty but please work on the staff hospitality and service from Thursday night, mainly the young man. I’m sure you can see it on one of the 17 cameras. Love the security.

They were so kind, they gave us free samples and were patient frequently asking if we needed help. The quality was amazing I recommend the stuffed shake cookies and cream the owner is very kind please talk to him he is cheery understanding; all the staff are amazing.

Do NOT get the taiyaki. Got the bean filled taiyaki and it tasted awful. There are other places that do it much better for cheaper.

While visiting Orlando we stopped to try rolled ice cream. Tanner was extremely helpful and answered my son’s questions and was very patient with him. I also had the blueberry pie a la mode and it was amazing

We didn’t get the rolled ice cream but we did get regular ice cream and it was delicious! The owner came and talked to us during our visit and he was so kind and welcoming . If we are ever back in the area we will certainly stop in again !
