Omg. I moved in 2020 and, as we all know, Uber Eats was a necessity for getting good eats from different places without having to leave your house. This came in handy when I had COVID and had a fever. I ordered cinnamon rolled ice cream and egg nog ice cream that arrived in a mason jar (so awesome)! The rolled ice cream was delicious- but the most amazing thing I've tried in a while was the egg nog ice cream! It was so good and I'm not sure if they brought it back or not since, but it was so good and I have to give them 5 stars for the flavors and the fact that the ice cream was still completely frozen and in tact!

I absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is super sweet. The ice cream is amazing!!! I first discovered them through Door Dash and I was impressed with the quality of their ice cream and packaging. After placing multiple orders I decided to save the fees and go to the store!!! My most recent visit the owner took the time to speak with me one and one and went above and beyond with a complementary gift!! Thank you Louis, we will be back soon.

The ice cream & customer service here are both excellent! They have a lot of vegan options & you can choose the type of milk you want it made with. I believe they have soy, almond & maybe oat. My favorite is the Pecan rolled ice cream!The owner & staff are very friendly & welcoming every time I go. They’ve also had a kids table & chairs with books, crayons & coloring books. Talk about "nickel and dime"ing for subpar ice cream. The ordering is complicated. The place is fly by night. Not to mention the religious agenda that's pushed in your face. Cheap arcade games and extra charges for a spoon is ridiculous. What ice cream shop charges extra for a spoon? We won't be back.

My bf and I came in and we were extremely pleased with how accommodating the owner is. Louis truly cares about customers and is open to ideas and ways to make people happy. I had mentioned dairy free red velvet would be nice (wasn’t on the menu) and he went ahead and checked the ingredients for the flavoring and made it happen for me and even said he wants to add it to the menu now. It’s was a great experience overall. They have lots of dairy free options and it is all so yummy!

I'm all for supporting local small business but it's hard to justify coming back here. Ice cream is ok but underwhelming for the price. Save your time and money and enjoy better ice cream at Kelly's. Good service, good food at reasonable price.All negative reviews are legit. Staffs are great but the nickel and dime for everything. It baffles me that they charge extra spoon for a dollar when the ice cream costs at least $12. The spoon probably cost 5 cent each.They charged 3% extra for ordering through the kiosk. It's common to pay extra if you do online, but we ordered it at the store. Doesn't make sense to be charged extra for that.
