Service is so slow. I ended up leaving after multiple other cars that came after me were greeted and served before me. I understand the person before me may have ordered 10 drinks, but I was waiting and you chose to help the person who just pulled up. If only two people are working, both lanes shouldn't be open.

I want to start off by saying I love 7 brew, and I frequent it, I’m talking about multiple times a day/week.The East colonial location is the ONLY location in Orlando and I always loved the employees, until a recent culture shift made it unbearable. Multiple Google reviews over the past four months flagged Mia, and other girls for the same mean-girl energy, gossip, and behavior designed to make customers and staff feel small. These aren’t isolated incidents … they whisper, gossip, and belittle in plain sight, and as shift leads they openly humiliate employees in front of guests. The district manager, Jocelyn, has personally intervened and been in contact with me, yet the same employees remain on the floor. This isn’t a bad day, it’s a pattern, and patterns like this erode trust, loyalty, and the warmth that once made this place worth loving.
A culture this small-minded will always speak louder than any menu or coffee ever could.

Ordering was easy, the workers were super sweet and it was quick even at the morning rush time. The coffee was good if a little sweet for what I prefer, but would definitely come back.
It’s super convenient if you want a coffee on the go, and the workers will lift your spirit!

MAJORITY of the time, I love this coffee shop. However I have to work at 6 am daily and at least once a week I try and come get my coffee to find NOBODY IS THERE. I seriously 9/10 love this place, I just wish it was a little more reliable in the early morning.
