The employees there are nice but there’s a crack head outside holding the door begging for change. He called some women bad names and almost assaulted them.

I went there like at 6am to get a cappuccino and the machine was off so I ask the older white bum looking lady with a bandana on her head that the cappuccino machine was off. I guess I was messing up her day by asking her for something so early she goes to the other coffee machine and turns it on and I respond oh this one does it too and she responds YEAH and rolls her eyes like I’m supposed to be a 711 expert.. I was so annoyed that I just called her a miserable witch and walked out.. Obviously this location doesn’t care about appearances or customer service bc I almost mistakenly thought she was a homeless person. Please stop hiring miserable ppl and homeless looking entitled white people. If you don’t like your job THEN QUIT!!! I rather starve than give a penny to this location

Terrible employee. The man always gives people issues. Store is suppose to be open the doors are open and he’s outside smoking a joint not letting anyone inside. saying they’re closed when they’re clearly open. then threatens me saying to try him and see what happens. There was a few others at the time dealing with the same Guys

Went into store to buy some food on my food stamp card. When guy rang me up he got an attitude because my food stamp card only had half the amount on the card, so the lady paid the other half but before that cashier was complaining to another guy who was stealing so when I got up there he took his frustration out on me. While I didn't have enough on my card the cashier got more fraaterated and I said I would be back, he then said don't come back after the lady paid for me the extra $3.00, so when I left the store I realized I left my Birth Certificate the original in the store along with a voucher that IDignity would pay for my new lic, when I went back the guy refused to give me back my Birth Certificate and said get out, when I asked the bicycle cop to go in and ask he did but as soon as the cop went in and asked the guy said we don't have it with an attitude. They threw my stuff away.DON'T GO TO THIS 7-11 THE MANAGEMENT IS TRASH.

It was a good convenience store to stop by while waiting for the bus at Lynx Central.

I asked the cashier to put money on my cash app card. He put the money on a green dot card then told me I had to wait 30 minutes before it shows up. After I realized what he did I tried to get him to fix the problem. I was told there's nothing he could of done. That I had to call cash app and green dot to figure it out. Cash goes on cash app cards instantly, there is no wait, it's also only a 0.99¢ charge to do it and it comes up as a vanilla card. The receipt I got said 20 on green dot card it charged me 4.95 and never went on my card. I think he takes the customers money and then loads it on his own card. I will be calling the corporate office.

the lady inside wouldn't check me out because my bike was in the store. sorry lady I'm not leaving my $1000 bike outside with the bums. She refused to sell my drinks because she felt she had to make me move my bike outside before I checked out. that's not how it works your there to make money you're not a downtown ambassador or a cop so keep your mouth closed and do your job. my bike was put of the way not bothering anyone. Completely wasted my time. i have gone there before and put my bike inside for a moment and it was fine but now it's a problem because she needs to feel some type of power over someone. it really shows the type of person she is. got nothing better to do than start problems with customers. I really hope she gets fired. that's not how you treat your customers. and to have the audacity to try and make me feel like I was wrong. They really need to get rid of people that act like That. What a poor example of how to provide basic customer service.

Normally most 7-Elevens are great, the one downtown is terrible! No warm buns for the hotdogs, no condiments, how can you serve hotdogs and hamburgers and not have catchup?! They never have Apple fritters! They were doing something with the selves by the register so there were selves on the floor people standing around and no way to get into the store. No common sense to people flow in and out of the store, no people skills/customer service either, "pardon the mess, sorry for the inconvenience, watch your step" absolutely terrible. I've been a 7-Eleven rewards member for a very long time and I've been to 7-Elevens all over the country and this by wis the worst. Never again!!

One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a 7-eleven

Everything you need on the go. It is a store very well supplied with merchandise and with very good prices.

This place doesn't deserve a 1 star this was my first time going to this location I was coming to get 2 cups of coffee, as I got close to the coffee area the young lady that was at the register was telling me I need to leave my backpack in the front, at this point I'm confuse I'm like backpack in the front I say for what I don't get a reply. But there's a young lady with a huge purse that walks in but they don't ask her to leave her purse in the front I feel it was either double standard, or a racist thing, and I will be getting in contact with corporate or whomever I need to contact with cause this was not good customer service nor I felt welcome
