The waitress looked upset and seemed unwilling to be there at all. I went there for the BBQ and hot pot, but I only used the BBQ grill once because the meat wasn’t good. When I walked in, the waitress was sitting at the front and didn’t notice me, so I had to wait a bit, even though the restaurant was empty. I had seen some bad reviews before I came, but I didn’t trust them since I LOVE hot pot and believed there couldn’t be a bad hot pot place. Now I know I was wrong. A bad atmosphere can make everything even worse. Although my table was clean, there were many grease stains under it, and my shoes got slimy, so I had to sit in an awkward posture. Not gonna lie, really a bad experience./

Food was very good, I got the spicy soup for the hot pot, and it was delicious. Food was all very fresh and server kept our soup filled as we ate. I only really had the hot pot but the rest of my family really enjoyed the BBQ, and it was definitely a fun experience that I've missed since last having hot pot in Japan a few years ago.

The seaweed salad tasted sour, but they still told me that's what it tasted like! Ok, no problem, then why do the vegetables look yellow? You didn't change them, and there's sand in the shells.

We explained to them that the food tasted terrible, wanted to leave early and they still wanted us to pay full price. Some things tasted old and others were just flavorless.

Went there after seeing the reviews, but there was so little variety that only one of us could eat due to dietry requirements. System wasn't even explained and that limited what we could eat. Most the meat was frozen and tasted pretty plain even with the soup and sauces. On top of that you supposedly get 10% off if you leave a google review? Not sure thats legal... (didn't take that offer)

There was a good selection of food but the service was absolutely horrible. I’ve never been to a hot pot before (luckily someone in our group had been to one before) the server was very rude only gave us a minute to look at the menu and asked if we wanted soup. We weren’t sure how it worked so we all said no. A few minutes later a few people in our group asked about soup because on the menu it said hot pot and bbq for $29.99 so we wanted soup if it was included after asking the server she said she was going to charge everyone for soup and we asked if it was already with the price and she said no and walked away. We tried to ask how the bbq worked but she didn’t want to answer any questions and was rude when she did. Sad that this place was recommended to us if the service wasn’t so awful it would have been okay we will not be back we are local and will try some better places in the area. Also they say if you leave a 5 star review you get 10% off we only got 5% off so don’t even waste your time to get the “discount” what a scam.
