The food was baseline average and nothing special. I wouldn’t drive out of my way or walk a mile to eat there again. None of the items on the menu are recognizably “tapas”, and Tex-Mex or fusion would be a better description.

You cannot walk into the lobby of the Rosen and not ask what that delicious smell is. Well it is Chef Peter whipping up tapas. I swear in this picture was a Carnitas Quesadilla!! Chef Peter even hooked me up with Chipotle Salsa, amazing. Folks come from all over for these tapas, even Disney World. I suggest, if you are in the Orlando area, come say hello to Peter, and get your taste buds some action. Do not miss out, you will thank me.

Peter is such a GEM!! He made the experience even better! You can’t tell he cares and loves his job. The guacamole is so fresh and so yummy! Our server was Khadija and she was so sweet and amazing. What a great crew and experience!
Peter’s knowledge of the culinary arts, as well as his electric personality, made my dining experience superb!

Not great. Horrible service. Rule of thumb - don’t eat in hotel restaurants. There are exceptions, but not for this one
