Absolutely outstanding food for a theme park — truly exceptional quality with an amazing price-to-value ratio. We were genuinely impressed and loved every bite.

The Crafty Eater
We went during the holiday season specifically for the different offerings across Disney World and one of the places we visited was ABC commissary. Now I will say going into ABC commissary you have to kind of be mentally prepared for the amount of people there are. I would not recommend going in if anyone in your party has sensory issues or doesn’t like to be in large very close confined crowds. Sending one party member in while the other is secure a table outside is a much better idea if you are able. Now onto the food. We tried the frozen hot chocolate, which was very sweet! I wish I’d had coffee with that particular beverage but if you like very sweet chocolate adjacent frozen drinks, then this would be for you. We also had the shrimp taco plate, and that was solidly good if a little bit pricier than we would’ve liked. The dessert was fine, though it definitely had gelatin in it and that kind of ruined the overall taste of the cheesecake for us it just tasted very bland and sweet. It’s not the place. I would recommend going unless you didn’t have reservation at the other restaurants in Hollywood Studios or your family members were starving.

The most disgusting place I've ever ate. They advertise an offensively disgusting vegetarian burger and if you get it thinking its a real burger it will not only ruin your dinner but ruin your whole vacation. And its crowded. Nothing is good about this place

One cashier for 80 people. Food is typical for in the park. They want you to mobile order. I would recommend anything else

Food is good but they only have one person taking orders. The line is ridiculously long and then another long wait for your order. I get that they want folks to do mobile orders but we have an allergy issue and it does not come across correctly on a mobile order. Also they should realize that some of your older people aren’t good with mobile ordering. Need to have a like more consideration.

Tried the Liquid Cheese Buffalo Chicken Sandwich at Disney and it was honestly pretty disappointing. The chicken itself was okay, but that liquid cheese ruined the whole thing. It tasted artificial, had that cheap nacho-dispenser flavor, and completely overpowered everything. Fresh sliced cheese would’ve made this a totally different (and much better) sandwich.
The wait was ridiculously long too — even a poor lady next to me waited almost 20 minutes just for two chocolate milks. The way the tickets were being handled felt slow and disorganized.
The one thing that saved the experience from being a total loss was Joel, the busser. Super friendly, helpful, and honestly the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating meal. Disney needs more Joels and fewer liquid-cheese experiments.
Would I order this again? Nope. Disney can do better.

We love eating here but they really could use more than one poor person taking the not-online orders. The line is massive. Wait way too long. I usually do app ordering and it is fast but today I had to pay with cash. Common do better Disney! Otherwise we like the food and atmosphere, inside and outside seating.
