One cashier for 80 people. Food is typical for in the park. They want you to mobile order. I would recommend anything else

Food is good but they only have one person taking orders. The line is ridiculously long and then another long wait for your order. I get that they want folks to do mobile orders but we have an allergy issue and it does not come across correctly on a mobile order. Also they should realize that some of your older people aren’t good with mobile ordering. Need to have a like more consideration.

Tried the Liquid Cheese Buffalo Chicken Sandwich at Disney and it was honestly pretty disappointing. The chicken itself was okay, but that liquid cheese ruined the whole thing. It tasted artificial, had that cheap nacho-dispenser flavor, and completely overpowered everything. Fresh sliced cheese would’ve made this a totally different (and much better) sandwich.
The wait was ridiculously long too — even a poor lady next to me waited almost 20 minutes just for two chocolate milks. The way the tickets were being handled felt slow and disorganized.
The one thing that saved the experience from being a total loss was Joel, the busser. Super friendly, helpful, and honestly the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating meal. Disney needs more Joels and fewer liquid-cheese experiments.
Would I order this again? Nope. Disney can do better.

We love eating here but they really could use more than one poor person taking the not-online orders. The line is massive. Wait way too long. I usually do app ordering and it is fast but today I had to pay with cash. Common do better Disney! Otherwise we like the food and atmosphere, inside and outside seating.

Amazing! Big Club Sandwich with a huge fries or salad ,the taco shirimp with rice and mexican been are delicious the only I sugest 3 tacos not 2 are very small , I like your make a choc lava desert or similar , all team was very nice and friendly special Savahna the cashier help with the food selection, this is the only food I like in disney world and good price Thank you 092525

Bad start ABC: got in line, gal said there’s a mobile order line and a line for the register: at the END of the register line (now on deck to go to register), the gal there tells us “you can either go to register or mobile order, which is faster”… after I waited in the line. Get to register, register clerk seems to sigh and act like an order for 8 is complicating his style, he then informs us there’s NO real burgers here anymore. Been coming here as a reliable place to eat since coming to Disney my first time at 24, now I’m 38 & a multi resort DVC owner…this type of stuff really makes me frustrated beyond words. Keep doing stuff like this Disney and you’re going to ruin the ‘magic’ - take me back to 2018. Guess I’ll get shrimp tacos….again! They were MUCH better than the ones at Flame Tree BBQ. Take notes Flame tree…

Everything tastes like it was made out of an easy bake oven. Please for the love of anything that is holy, do not waste your money. The grilled cheese seems like it came off the bottom of a hot shoe from the Florida pavement.

Situated inside Hollywood Studios, we popped in for a dinner. Lots of space and seats when we visited. Ordered our food on the Disney World app, and waited about 10 mins for our food. Notification on the app and picked up from the appropriate counter.
Table had shrimp tacos and buffalo chicken sandwich which we all liked. Even though the buffalo chicken wasn't hot at all it was still a great choice.
Fast service, clean food, and the staff are really friendly, Minnie was especially nice!

I think the food is just average, but it's one of the few places in Disney's Hollywood Studios that offers indoor seating where you can dine in peace, and it also has air conditioning, which is really important in the hot summer!
