Well it took 25 minutes for the server to show up. Then the food arrived in 30 minutes. My food was warm at best and everones sides were cold. We sent some items back and by the time we got obviously recooked food we had missed the car show we came for. No wonder the waittress said they were going to be closing.

I really wanted to like this venue and was very excited to take my son to his first Drive By Truckers concert. Overall though the whole thing was quite a mess. Concert was supposed to start at 6:00PM, but DBT didn't actually start playing until around 10:00PM. Communication from the Ace was awful, and they ultimately blamed the band for everything because they said the band refused to play outside. After waiting around for hours, we ended up getting removed from the Ace only to sit out side in a long line for another hour before being let back in. I've never experiences a concert so disorganized. The crowd was mostly patient, but the horrible communication and excessive delay definitely detracted from the experience. Overall a pretty big disappointment.

We arrived at 6pm doors open for a concert by The Drive-By Truckers with Lydia Loveless. Nothing was organised, no security, no staff to greet anyone. I waited at the host desk for 10 minutes during which one staff member came three times to the desk and said she would be with us soon, but never did. I gave up and went to the bar and got a couple of drinks and sat outside, to watch the absolute chaos of a band refusing to play outside incase it rained (it did not rain all night) staff blaming the band and saying it was not their fault everything was being moved inside as the band wanted to play inside. The band finally came on at 10:03 after annoying all the customers with repetitive loud noises from a keyboard for 20mins. When they came on, as no sound check had been performed, the audio was appalling and hit 110-115db in the upper level. Having paid $110 for two VIP tickets that afforded zero VIP facilities over the standard tickets and when inside the venue having a drink everyone was ejected from the venue and made to queue up again after 45mins of queuing we were checked back in and lost our seats. I’m hoping this is a one off, but noone took charge and there was no communication to the guest at any time, it seemed like the first time they had hosted a music event. Oh and $22 for two cans of warm Corona beer is officially a rip off. Good luck with the next one !!!!

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at ACE Cafe. We arrived 1 and 1/2 hours early in an attempt to get in and out to make it to an appointment afterward. We were promptly seated and our drink orders taken. That was the best of the service received that day. Once our food orders were taken, the service declined quickly. We sat watching others that arrived after us get their food orders. I requested one of the managers (I failed to get his name) to check on our order. He never came back to give us an update. However, he gave a table of two woman personal service, delivering their food and sitting at the table engrossed in conversation. The person who greeted us was the host, bartender, and server. Bless his heart. We sat, waiting almost an hour for our food to come out. We contemplated just leaving and finding a fast food restaurant to ensure we made our appointment. Once the food arrived, it was not hot AND not prepared correctly. A couple of burgers came well done and dry, which was not how they were ordered. We left disappointed and still hungry. We had patronized this establishment many times and had never had such a bad experience. Once is enough for me.

We were served by Meghan who was absolutely lovely, very polite and helpful regarding myself who is a vegetarian. It wasn’t quite what we expected but the food was good and two of our party had fish and chips which they both said was delicious.

There is no place like Ace Cafe! The meets are amazing! The staff is so nice and friendly and the food is delicious! I LOVE their chicken and waffles? Ace Cafe is definitely a staple in the car and bike community and I am extremely grateful that we have an establishment like Ace Cafe where we can go to have great vibes, great eats and great drinks!

Come back again? I don't think so. While wandering around downtown Orlando, I came across the Ace Cafe. It was lunchtime on a Sunday, and the restaurant had just opened. I told the seating hostess that I would like a table for lunch, she scrunched up her face and said "the bar would be your best bet". So I went up a flight of stairs to the bar. The chairs were exceedingly uncomfortable, and my legs lost feeling as I waited 45 minutes for my burger to be prepared. When it arrived, I was immediately struck by how there must be a french fry shortage, as there were only about 15 fries on the plate (see picture). I pointed the small portion of fries out to the bartender, and he did arrange for more fries to be brought out sometime later, but had I not asked, I'm sure that no service recovery would have been attempted. On my way out, I asked the seating hostess why she had recommended that I sit at the bar, and her answer indicated that it was for the restaurant's convenience, and not mine, as they were expecting a large crowd that had not materialized. My visit was made uncomfortable and unpleasant so that the hosts could have an easier work experience. I quietly explained that it is unlikely that I would ever return to the Ace Cafe.

Visited while on holiday from UK. A really, really friendly crowd. Many, many fabulous bikes parked, with more bikes arriving over several hours. I had a meal, which was cheap, delicious and lots of it. I didn't come across the shop, so missed it - I would have liked to take home a souvenir. Though not suitable for children under 14, any biker up to 95 will love it!

Didn't have to make a reservation ahead of time for the 6 of us but seating was not a problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are a little spendy but it just shows what food prices are like these days. Great food- the 6 of us had an array of choices. Plenty of free parking right next to the restuarant.

Today we came here to watch the World Cup and Ace Cafe definitely did well with hosting this event. The inside was full so we were outdoors but had such a blast! The weather was perfect. Crowd was having a blast. We will be back here for more events in the future.

Good pub food. The fries were hot and had a nice, light seasoning on them. The Reuben melt was amazing with a nice savory pastrami coupled with a well selected sauerkraut. Would not recommend the bourbon chicken as it was a little dry and nothing to write home about.Love the atmosphere and the homage to the London Ace Cafe.

The event I was attending was not open on time because the bars at the venue were not ready on a Friday night. The VIP area was the last to be ready. At 20 after starting time the bar was still breaking down cases of beer, etc and not serving customers.I like the dance space and the bathrooms were very clean. The drinks seemed pricey but really were not. You received 3 shots of alcohol in a 24oz glass for $18. The signage advertising the drinks could be more clear.....like putting the ounces and number of shots directly to the right of the price not on the top of the screen. Most people read left to right.

I didn’t know what to expect when I first heard Ace was opening in Orlando but it’s a super cool venue/restaurant/bar concept. They do a lot of live concerts but what I go for is the car/bike-show nights. You can view the months calendar for the month and go for your favorite events. Think muscle car night, bike night, imports, Porsche, etc. lots of variety to cater to any petrol-head. Aside from the shows and events they had a large indoor/outdoor bar with a nice selection of bar food options from wings and nachos to burgers as well as some entrees. Nice spot to stop for a drink (big draft beer selection) and snack then walk around to check out whatever they have going on that night.
