Valeria our server was great she was very welcoming and friendly. We have Chicharones de Pescado that were absolutely amazing delicious. They were juicy and so fresh. Highly recommend.
Very good, the plates are very large
After a disappointing dining experience at Mares, we were determined to turn things around based on our Uber driver John’s recommendation. Today, we visited Ají Ceviche, a Peruvian restaurant, and it was a perfect 5-star experience!
From the moment we walked in, the wait staff at Ají Ceviche was courteous, knowledgeable about the entire menu, and incredibly friendly. Our waitress, Fabiola, was an absolute gem—attentive, accommodating, and truly made our visit memorable. Every restaurant should have someone like Fabiola!
We started with the Pulpo anticuchero as an appetizer, which was absolutely delightful. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Pescado a lo macho, Arroz Norteño, and the Leche de Tigre de Ají Amarillo—all made to order, fresh, and bursting with authentic flavors.
To complement our meal, we indulged in pisco sours that transported us back to Peru with every sip. The attention to detail in both food and drinks was impeccable.
One tip—get there early! The restaurant fills up quickly, and by the time we left, there were people waiting outside for a table. It’s clearly a local favorite, and now we know why.
Ají Ceviche exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to returning when we’re back in Orlando. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Peruvian cuisine and exceptional service!
Good job
I was surprised about the food! Amazing!
la comida es excelente, el servicio es excelente. Lo único que no nos gusta es que ponen mucho reggeton, demasiado, por lo cual la estadía no es tan agradable
Best Peruvian food in town. Alondra’s service is awesome and beyond.
I went by myself. I had rice with seafood and was delicious. I take half of it home!
The food was really good.. service not that much. I went a Tuesday around 7pm and the servers were like in a rush for people to leave and clean.
Our server Kenia was awesome! Gave us great options when asking for recommendations!! Good was amazing! Whenever we’re in Orlando area we come and eat here!!
My parents love this place and they have brought me twice. The food has been amazing and I don’t even love seafood but they make it so well that it doesn’t have the sea taste. Our server, Kenia was so attentive and sweet
Restaurantji Recommends
Very good food. Pescado a lo ancho was delicious and the presentation was really good as well. Natural juices are a must. I’ll recommend it!
The worse place I have ever been! Waiter was super rude and she claimed to be the manager. I asked for a Lomo Salteado and it was super salted in addition the charged 18% tips and the waiter (manager) refused to removed it! Never again please do use this place to eat the food was horrible my sis asked for a changa and it was not done as it should it looked like a vomit they don’t know how to do a chaufa rice.
Very good food. Great service from Alexandra. Definitely worth it.
We love the food and Alessandra is very kind and helpful.
