We stumbled upon a fantastic Peruvian restaurant near the airport. We tried a bunch of their dishes, and they were all bursting with flavor! The ceviche, parihuela, criolla soup, and anticuchos were all must-haves. It was an amazing experience, and we highly recommend it!

It’s amazing for a place has been open less than a year has 12,005 star google reviews it’s absolutely amazing. The customer service here is exceptional. I’ve been here several times. The food is amazing.

First, I want to add that when this place was called AJI EXPRESS, it was so much better. The ambiance felt like home, the service personal and fast. The portions were big, and drinks delicious and a simple menu.
Now, it’s called Chabuca. It got an upscale look, fancy menu and dishware. But the service went downhill and the portions average.
The server, who never introduced herself so I dont know her name, felt bothered to accomodate some of our needs. We ordered our drinks and food the first time, it came at a reasonable time. But after that, time passed, they were going to other tables and we felt ignored.
Two other friends were joining us about 30 mins later, and they wouldnt accomodate us to add more chairs/table. Took three times to ask and when our friends showed up, they finally added a table saying just because its a special reason. Like why now while we were told no, its not allowed.
We noticed everybody got waters. Not us. Not even extra napkins or swinging by the table to ask how is everything.
Our friends that came after, got their orders. Our drinks were clearly empty and wasnt even asked if we wanted another. Then, one of us had to raise our hand to request three more drinks.
To make it more interesting, more than 25 minutes passed. We saw them going to all the tables. We thought they forgot so we were just ready to ask for the check and leave. 30 minutes later; the drinks showed up. I don’t know how much time passed, before we could ask for the check.
Then the check came. We had originally told her it would be 2 separate checks. She then asked “one check, right?”. Then she was bothered that she had to fix it. One of our friends was about to open the check booklet and she basically reprimanded him saying “dont open that, i have to fix it”.
In short, we always came to Ají Express and always felt like going to your own home, delicious food and a welcoming environment. Now with the new name and upscale, it seems like a pretentious place, were they don’t want to be bothered to serve you.

We had an early flight from MCO and stayed in a nearby hotel. I looked for something other than chain food. I’m so glad I found this place. The food was awesome (classic Ceviche and tuna tartare were our choices). Our server, JuanPablo I believe, was great. Every interaction we had with the staff was great.
They are serious about authenticity and it shows. We were in Florida for a week and our meals here were without question the best we had.
Anytime I fly in or out of MCO I hope it’s when Chabuca is open so I can explore more of their food.
This is not a fancy place and I take that into account with my ratings. The environment is fine. The food is exceptional.
Definitely get a pisco sour.

Amazing place, even better food Came with the family and we loved it The food and the service five stars I definitely recommend the lomo saltado with spaghetti it's a must. For drinks the pisco sour and dessert chabuca magic world wich is four desserts of your choise, perfect to share. All the plates look amazing we can wait to come back and try more.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The service lacked efficiency and attentiveness, the food quality did not meet expectations, and the staff seemed inexperienced in handling basic dining service. Overall, it was not an enjoyable visit, and I would not recommend this establishment at this time.

We visited this restaurant as a group of four for the first time after seeing so many positive reviews, but we were really disappointed.
The host seated us in a booth and mentioned it was a special buffet day they do once a month. She said we could check it out and, if we weren’t interested, they’d bring us menus instead.
We looked at the buffet, but since we weren’t familiar with the food or how it worked, we went back to our booth and waited. Unfortunately, we sat there for 15–20 minutes with no service no one brought menus, no one took a drink order, not even a greeting.
It felt like we were completely ignored, so we got up and left. Very frustrating experience, and we had no idea what the process was supposed to be. We won’t be coming back.

Bad service. Our family went in and it took forever for someone to acknowledge us, then we were sat at the table and no one came to get our order. We decided to all leave. Won’t be going back. Prepare to be waiting a long time, bad service.
