The inside of the restaurant looks phenomenal! I really loved the whole chicken dish, the salad was ok, but the fries that came with the chicken was super fresh and delicious! The classic ceviche was meh. The fish was super chewy for me and for how much it costs, it was very overpriced. The mint lemonade was absolutely delicious!!! And the Yuka appetizer was also very good!

Positives: Waiter was very welcoming and friendly at first. Chicken is well seasoned and cooked well. Fries awesome. Cheese Yuca awesome. Lemonade awesome.
Negatives: Strongly recommend the Wait Staff use notepads to write orders down, or use those table devices for customers to place orders. Friendly waiter asked me to repeat my entree twice, and then ultimately forgot my meal (he got everyone else's okay tho). He did not come back to explain, apologize...
