They were out of olives and olive juice, so no dirty martini. I feel the servers should know what the bar is out of. Same thing with my glass of wine to enjoy with my entree, took my order and came back to say they were out. My wife loved her entree but they gave me the wrong on, so when mine came out my wife got to watch me eat because she was finished with hers. Automatic 20% tip was given to our server who knew that and provided service as you would imagine. I would not go back, and it was a restaurant that I have only heard great things about.

Server was pushy, food was mediocre, and alcohol was overpriced. If you're a foodie, this doesn't work.

Overall nice place but the food was lacking in creativity and flavor. Kind of got duped the photos on website show a tomahawk Ribeye but definitely not on thr menu. Wife's filet was over cooked my short ribs was meh at best. Usually not critical with my reviews but for a 300.00 meal I expected more. Server was good ambiance was nice rest was MEH!

NIce room, comfortable bed, however, One weird bed light for two beds and is so high up you have to get out of bed to turn off. Only 1 hook for towels etc in bathroom. The restaurant indise hotel is deplorable Marriott should close it down.

Really want to love this place, I love staying at the Grand Bo! Have tried it multiple times, it’s a cute location but the service, food, and drinks are a big miss! :-/ The service is routinely slow, even when they aren’t busy. The last time I went was for the “nutcracker bar” pop-up, which was disappointing. The drinks were not very good and didn’t fit the festive vibe, it wasn’t really a pop-up - just a few minimal decorations scattered around.
Wish they could update the menu & provide better service! The location is ideal!

We dined around 6:00, as we had seats reserved at the Dr Phillips Center across the street (very convenient). Food was served quickly, was well presented and delicious. Dominic took care of us, and was friendly but not obsequious, answered our questions and when requested made thoughtful suggestions.

This was our third visit here, and unfortunately, the experience continues to decline. Our first visit was excellent—great service, great food, and truly memorable. The second visit was disappointing and I already reviewed that experience. Sadly, this most recent visit was the worst yet. We waited eight minutes before a server acknowledged us. We started with the hunter's board, which we've had before and enjoyed—but this time it was missing several items and looked like it had been thrown together with no care. For our entrées, we ordered the steak frites. While the meat was technically tender, nearly half of the steak was pure fat, which speaks to the low quality of the cut. The fries were clearly refried to reheat them and came out overly crispy—just shy of burnt. I could go on, but the point is clear. This place may have once been the go-to spot, but it's clearly fallen several notches in quality. Disappointing overall.

Unfortunately never got our wine and cocktail not to mention dinner. Was told 3 times bar so busy drinks are coming , then I don't even know what happened to dinner because we complained to manager and he if course says his sorry he was. I recommend do not go here to eat.

We arrived late and they were still willing to sit us in accommodate us for dinner. Food was good. Waitress kept checking on us. Adele was her name. She made sure the food came out timely so that we could attend. Our event took our whole order quickly since we were short on time glad that they changed a few of the menu items because when you go there often it's hard to always eat the same thing. Hotel is decorated nice as always miss the piano player.

I loved this location at Downtown. Food can be improved. I will return whenever I'm the area or after a concert nearby because is walking distance to Dr Phillips Center.

We stayed the hotel overnight, had a couple of drinks at the bar at night, and we had a Sunday brunch here. Everything was a special, lovely memorable moments. The restaurant was elegant and gorgeous. The live music was perfect. The server was excellent. We enjoyed mimosas, dessert and seafood the most. Thank you for your hospitality and service.

Leo was an important part of the server team who took care of us. This was a Dr Phillips Center night and he and the team in the kitchen did a great job of expediting things.

Perfect design & execution of keeping the crab legs hot and not soggy. Prime rib was tasty, tender and kept hot before serving. Plenty of gluten plus dairy-free combo protein options. Thank you. The pianist and keyboard artists provided welcomed ambiance. Our server barely remembered we were in the restaurant...And made excuses or offered us compliments of herself (yes) rather than acknowledging any of the multiple times she forgot about us. The endless mimosas will likely be appreciated by some diners. I consumed no alcohol. Price tag was worth it because of the variety of gf/def animal proteins available.

Great experience with awesome service. Good and drinks were very delicious and of great quantity. I will definitely be visiting again soon!
