We were served by Carlos and Mike and I've never had better service. I never went more than 2 minutes without a drink and all I had to do was think about being hungry and Mike was there to take my order. After we saw a rocket launch on TV Carlos told me where I could go outside to see it and even followed me out to point out the direction. Honestly top notch service.

Fabulous pub just outside of City Walk and universal studios. The food was great! Far better than something you would get at City place for half the cost. If you're looking for good quality food at a reasonable price I would stop here They will validate you even if you're not staying at the hotel so you can eat there and get good food before you go into universal or afterwards. Also they do a great job taking care of gluten-freeDietary restrictions: They did a great job taking care of gluten-free. Plenty of gluten-free options on the menu. I highly recommendParking: They have both valet and self-parking. If you're staying at the hotel it's 30 something dollars a night. If you're eating at the restaurant they will validate for free

Compliments to the chef!!!! I have a gluten allergy and the chef came out to talk to me, not only did they have bread substitutes but I really wanted fries and the chef was kind enough to make a second fryer for my fries. I really appreciated this and had a wonderful meal. Thank you so much!

We were in town for an award ceremony my son was having at this hotel. Since we were famished decided to have a quick dinner in the lobby at American Grill. I ordered their "award winning" chili soup and I was disappointingly astonished that all it pretty much consisted of was ground beef in oil. I did not expect award winning to disclude any type of beans, veggies, and or broth. If your into "just meat" this is for you. I on the other hand regretted picking it and after about 3 bites I had to look away. My hubby got the chicken noodle and let's just say it wasn't anything to write home about either. In retrospect I should have let the server know to switch it out for something else but didn't think about it at the time and probably didn't feel like going through the motions. When I first sat down, I also ordered a cosmo (forget the exact name but taste like watermelon juice) and this was pretty good as well as pretty sweet, they do put the lime on the side which is a nice touch to balance it. All in all, this spot to me- is way too pricey and cannot justify at all what I ate! Byeee!

Ordered margarita, bartender asked if I wanted casamigos. Sure whatever. He didn't tell me it was a $20 upcharge and then wouldn't take it back. The drink was only supposed to be $14. Thievery.

I am staying at the hotel and decided to go to American grill with two friends. The serve was great the food was good. I had the vegetarian quesadilla with plant beef lettuce, mushrooms and avocado bites. They serve a lot it was very good . One had the vegetarian burger and they other one had a grill sandwich with a soup. This place was nice it had great vibes. So I highly recommend this place for dinner. The price is reasonable.
