Horrible customer service! Slow Slow Slow. They greet you saying the are busy and short staff when you seat at the tables. No gloves used to handle the food and the servers same thing. They are everywhere doing everything without washing hands, wearing gloves and cleaning tables. Not recommended at all.

Great find. This place has a great atmosphere and the food is so delicious. Got the pork gyoza and traditional combo. It was beautifully presented and the service was friendly and quick. I will definitely be back.

Terrible service that ruins the entire experience.
It took forever to get our food.
Forget about getting wasabi from the waitstaff. If you want it, you'd better stand up and get it yourself from the counter. I lost count of how many times I asked for it, and never received it.

As for the food, I’ve never seen an "all you can eat" Japanese restaurant run out of tuna, gyoza, and shimeji—all at the same time.
The flavor was, at best, just OK.

And those nice pictures of dishes you see online? They don’t reflect reality at all.

Strangest Japanese food experience of my life. First of all, the cups were visible dirty, and the server told me they were not. Second, VERY slow service, and we were the only people in the entire restaurant. Ordered my daughter the bento grilled salmon. She received deep FRIED and breaded salmon, and the server argued with me for over five minutes trying to tell me that the definition of grilled is deep fried. It also was supposed to come with tempera vegetable, but she was given spring rolls. He also argued and tried telling me that very visibly spring rolls were vegetable tempura. My mom ordered tempura shrimp, but she received like a fried shrimp that had zero panko breading on them. The miso was good and the sushi was okay. Received the gyoza appetizer 20 minutes after our meals once we were 90% done eating.

I do not understand the reviews of this place. They should have a basic understanding of cooking terms and Japanese food before opening a Japanese restaurant.
