The woman at the cashier was super grumpy, I waited 30 minutes for my wrong order to arrive and they still didn't compensate me with anything! I like the food here but I won't go back!

Think of a place with good food that saved me during the days I spent in Orlando. Homemade food, delicious, all fresh. Look, congratulations 👏👏 I highly recommend
On top of that, it's a fair price.

The snacks (salgados) on display with no name tag (like most restaurants/bakeries do) and no price. You gotta be holding the line to ask the cashier what they are and their prices. Lack of organization. Snack costing $7, extremely over priced. Taste wasn’t that great either for the price. I don’t recommend it.

We were looking for a late-night snack and we found it here! This Brazilian bakery offers savory and sweet pastries/fritters as well as full dishes. The staff were nice and the prices are on par with the area. I would love to come back and try their meals.

Costumer service at this location needs improvement. I ordered a chicken ball (coxinha) and it was cold. I asked the staff for a new one and after waiting for 10 minutes I went to check on it and they said they forgot. Very disappointed at this location, I heard this was supposed to be a hit when visiting Orlando. The bathroom was also very dirty, the trash was overflowing and there was no toilet paper

Do yourself a favor, Do Not go there. Food quality is very poorly. Horrible service. Be aware after placing and order the ATA for your food to arrive is 40 minutes… not worth it!!!

Good bakery with tasty desserts. Good customer service and the atmosphere is great. My only complaint would be the prices. Its a bit expensive. (4) pastries for $22 is a bit much

Your prices are absurd: 7$ for a snack, one day order a coxinha and a slice of ham and cheese and an orange juice 23$ dollars

The service was friendly but very slow. All the food I tasted was good however my issue was the coffee. If you are serving a latte that costs more than Starbucks latte for a smaller size (7 dollars and 5 cents for a medium latte that is probably 10-12 ounces) it better be excellent and at the minimum hot. It took over 20 minutes for a toasted bread with cheese. Ordered at 1039 am and picked up at 1102 am) which although it was not too busy, I can understand. It would be reasonable to wait. However, the issue, I believe, was that they made the coffee first and instead of calling me and giving me the partial order that was ready, they probably let the latte sit in there. Had I paid 3 bucks for it, probably it would not be an issue, but for 7 dollars, it better be perfect and it was neither that good or at the minimum hot.
