Best desserts
Usually have had a great experience here whenever I’ve visited in the past, but today at 4:30pm, when it was our turn to order, your employee Carol immediately gave us an attitude and rushed us through the ordering process which was completely unnecessary as we already knew what we wanted to order so I’m not sure why she felt the need to loudly sigh out loud and roll her eyes at me as I pointed out what I wanted to order. She had spoken over me while I was still ordering and she had glared at me and told me, “Ok but well you know there is an entire line forming behind you” which I didn’t know how to respond with and it stunned me to even hear her say something like that to me. Imagine if it had been my first time visiting Disney Springs, that behavior from a Disney associated employee is completely unacceptable and disappointing. She acted as if the line behind me was my fault but I wasn’t the only customer here, there were many customers ahead of me at this hour that ordered ahead of me and were already lined up too. It wasn’t me who was holding up the line so I’m not sure why she felt the need to make me feel like it was. I had already started to try and tell her what we wanted to order as to not hold up the line and to make the process easy, but I was immediately met with an attitude when it was my turn to order. It’s really unfortunate that I had to be spoken to this way especially after me and my family spent a lot of money eating here when could have chosen elsewhere where I wouldn’t have had to have experienced being spoken to in this way. Such unexpected behavior from an employee on a Disney associated property. We still ended up purchasing our food here but I really wanted to leave actually after that. Please train your employees better on how to speak to customers, this was not a good reflection of how a Disney employee should be speaking to a customer or potential ones even. I can understand that Carol may have been having a bad day or if she had possibly had a negative experience with a different customer that had been ahead of me earlier that day, but I don’t think that gave her the right to treat me that way or blame me for a line forming behind me as if that was my fault. The line had already been there before I came in to order.
What a fun shop! Beautiful cakes
Seems like these guys are going out of their way to make sure everything has meat in it. Don’t come here if you’re vegetarian.
definitely recommend their cake bar! they have an array of delicious-looking sweet treats, many of which are disney-themed.
Very cute desserts. I got the Mickey mousse. I did find the white mousse to be heavy on the butter, I couldn’t even finish it. It was good, but not amazing, specially considering it’s $10. But, the experience is worth it.
Deserts are almost too pretty to eat
I liked the Cookies
Every time I go to Disney I get a chocolate eclair. Their dessert menu is really good. The rest of the food menu is worth trying something new. The price is pretty good and reasonable even if you have a budget. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to making suggestions based on your taste buds.
Best cake ever! Expensive but delicious

Mami ordered the Mango Moscato Slushy- 9/10 pretty good and $12. Order on app for faster service.
We stopped in before our flight as a last treat of vacation and Rachel was so good to our son - classic Disney magic. All he wanted was a chocolate chip cookie, and it lived up!
Both the Pistachio Eclair and the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake are scrumptious, fresh and uniquely soft to the taste. No artificial sweetness. Enjoy a dessert with some great latte.
Beautifully crafted desserts with that signature touch of Disney magic. The croissant sandwiches are delightfully over-the-top—perfect for sparking conversation with a crowd. The consistently long lines speak volumes about their popularity. The Mickey-shaped cakes, both mini and full-size, are especially impressive and picture-perfect.
Fantastic artistry in edible form. One star off for not having a traditional chocolate eclaire. Otherwise, worth the visit.
