Very poor service, waited for 25 minutes after seated and had to ask for a waiter to serve us. Poorly managed.

So the service was still great. That is one thing that is consistent. They did away with the Italian wedding which was the only reason we went . The pizza was better than expected. The soup pasta (something) was nothing more than a vegetable soup with noodles. If they don’t bring back the Italian wedding soup we won’t return.

Ate here twice this week. The first day they didn’t have any tables for a party of 1 and made me sit at the bar for dinner. There were empty tables all over the place. Have no idea why they couldn’t seat me at a table as requested. Hardly any customers. Reluctantly ate here again a few day later because there are not many options when busy while staying at the hotel. Horrible service - nice-ish, but barely around and took forever to get drinks. Food was over priced, simple, ordinary food, not Italian specialty food. Menu was very limited and non-traditional.

Food was good Despite reservation there was a 45 min wait and even after we finally got seated we still had to wait 15 min to even get a glass of water. Excuse was shortage of staff on Valentine's Day! Also coffee came in paper cups from Stabucks (nothing against Starbucks) but they said they had no china left .... Server was nice and it wasn't even his area. Poor planning from restaurant !!!!

Calvert was our waiter. Food and drinks were awesome but Calvert made our experience absolutely incredible. He is the man.

Atmosphere is presented as if it was an authentic high end Italian restaurant but it's more like an over priced TGI Fridays or chilli's at best.

This place is a gem! Great food, great kids menu and polite staff. Service was fast, well timed and the kids loved being able to color all over the paper tablecloth. They also had a "kids eat free" option if you chose an entree or a pasta dish for the adults.

The staff were very helpful with respect to a food allergy. Even the chef came to the table to ensure the food would be prepared safely. The food was mediocre. I had a turkey burger that was very dry. Also, I ordered veggies rather than fries, but my dish was served with fries. Friendly staff, but could use improvement in accuracy and quality of food.

Food was decent but only gave 3 stars because it wasn't warm enough when we received it. The restaurant wasn't too busy and we waited a long time to get the food. Think it might have been sitting out a while.

Souless dining room, too cold and they "couldn't turn it down ", starters were not bad but all mains were tasteless, overcooked and bland sadly. Would never return. VERY disappointing

Stopped in for their continental breakfast buffet (Free got Hilton Gold/Diamond members) It was a nice spread. The award gets you breakfast for two and then our little one was only $6.50. Breakfast included more than I thought - donuts, croissants, assorted bread, sweetbread, cinnamon rolls, lots of fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, lots of lunch meat, cheese, bagels, fruit juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more. Tasted better than most "free" hotel breakfasts. Great perk and I recommend it!

I met some of my friends staying at the hotel , we had dinner in the there . The breaded mushrooms where on point .I also had the spinach ravioli it was on of the best I had . My server Phillip was a jem his attitude one of the best I seen he kept us in stitches with a jokes and conversation . His knowledge on the food was on point. Just want to say I go to restaurant again just to see him again

We made our reservation WEEKS before our visit. I also received BOTH an EMAIL and TEXT the day before confirming my reservation. Showed up (early I might add) for our special dinner to find a CLOSED sign at the entrance of this restaurant. This restaurant is inside the Hilton Hotel next to Disney Springs so we went to the front desk to inquire on the closure. The Food Service Manager came out to more or less say "Sorry, not Sorry" and offered us 50% off BAR FOOD at their Hotel Bar for the inconvenience. She gave absolutely no valid reason for the closure and could not provide an explanation as to why they could NOT let me know of this closure earlier despite the fact that they were able to ask ME to confirm my reservation! If I could give ZERO stars I would. VERY Disappointed as this was to be a special occasion dinner for us. If we wanted BAR FOOD, I would have made a reservation somewhere else!!!!

OK so I will ignore the fact that the temperature in the restaurant was artic like, it seemed a hotel issue so we'll let that slide. If it's genuine Italian fair you seek please be advised to look elseware. This place wasn't cheap either BTW. One of my sons had carbonaro that tasted nothing like carbonaro at all. One positive, the arrincini was very nice. My pasta dish with chichen had without enjoyed a good 3 minutes or so in the microwave, when I received it the pasta had thar conjoined look to it with a kind of film across the top and was baking hot. Did I complain? No, because we were hosting a friend and tbh we all just wanted to leave as we were freezing. Would not recommend
