The food, the service, the environment 10/10 this place was awesome for families and the menu is sooooo diverse and again ALL THE FOOD WAS AMAZZZIIINNNGGG!

I order food yesterday, first they made me wait an extra 20 minutes my food wasn’t ready and when I get home I was missing half of the food and it was cold I try to call the restaurant like 20 times and no answer so I wasted 40 in food and didn’t even what was missing. Went online where I order the food and it stated that any issue to call the store directly and I still haven’t received a call or a message. You basically stealing from the customer I be making a complaint in corporate

The food was delicious! I loved the Zuzu Matcha Pineapple Margarita as well. Maria was our server and she was wonderful. She deserves a raise!

We waited over an hour for our food, and the waitress was rude while taking our order (yes, the one with green ends in her hair). We chose this place to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday and even wrote a note asking the waitress to bring beignets after brunch so we could sing “Happy Birthday.” Instead, she brought the beignets early, handed them directly to her, and said “happy birthday” without letting us know first—completely ruining the surprise.

We also had to ask another waitress for black pepper and salt because the bottles on our table were empty. We had to ask for coffee and drink refills as well. She never checked on us or gave us any status update on our order, yet she was very attentive to the table next to us with only two people—walking right past us without saying a word.

The food was disappointing. It arrived cold, and the salmon eggs Benedict came with no hollandaise sauce. We didn’t ask for it to be remade because we weren’t willing to wait another hour.

Overall, I’d rather go to a small mom-and-pop diner than come back here.
