Purchased the most expensive hookah from the menu Pineapple Paradise $65 plus %15 service charge, the flavor was disgusting/disappointing and I was not accommodated by the staff. I would have preferred them to switch my flavors and I would have been able to enjoy my night but the staff was unable to do so and let me know I’d have to buy a whole new hookah. A scam. As someone who worked hookahs before, I know this was an easy accommodation. Zero stars.

Very, very kind staff and ownership group. They made me and my date feel extremely welcome. Service and kindness of the staff was so great. Most of the ownership group and staff were European I want to say. I speak a little Russian and I thought at times they were speaking something similar. I love the pineapple hooka and the small plate foods were all excellent as well. I'm not going to knock the business for the outrageous pricing of the event going on because it was New Year's Eve and to be expected. I will definitely come again on a normal night.
