I was very disappointed with my order. The food did not taste good, and I even found hair in the pork meat, which was very unpleasant. The lalo was also way too spicy and had a bad taste. Overall, I was not satisfied with this meal and would not recommend it. I really hope the restaurant can improve the quality and cleanliness of the food. When will you start doing better in your business? Customers deserve good, clean, and tasty food.

If i could put zero stars in this place i would. This girl with the long curly braids, didnt greet me when i came in, the girl was giving attitude and answering the questions with attitude. Find better employees. I asked her a question and she cant even speak up and answer correctly like she bebe or something. Never again am i coming to this oak ridge location. Find better employees with better customer service instead of acting like they miserable and that the customers did sum to them.

If I could give negative stars I would. The price I paid and the amount of griot given was ridiculous. This was my first time eating here and I wish I had read the reviews first. I purchased a large griot and was given 8 pieces, damn near two cups of rice, lettuce, and sauce. This should have been called large rice nice griot. The rice was hard and crunchy. I am not from Orlando, I’m from ft Myers and I will say this happens to be the worse griot I have ever had in my life. I came 30 minutes out of my way from where I was starting only to receive some nasty food that wasn’t even the correct amount for what I paid… I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE

So I walked into this place with the idea knowing I love Chinese food! I guess during my review of the place the paranoia sets in and the guy starts sweating like in a worrysome way! He was really rude and the restaurant also lacked a restroom I could use. The vibe was stale at the time and I think they need to revamp their customer service as a priority. You get a one star review for trying to rush me out of your restaurant.
Do not go to this restaurant unless u ready to get sick I visited them on Sunday I ordered the large grio with rice and peas as I was waiting for my food I seen another customer come in and ask if they cooked today in creole I over heard the cashier say no not knowing I speak creole all of a sudden they came out with my food and it was diri Jon Jon with grio I have been going to this place for 2 years if you know you know they only serve diri Jon Jon on Saturdays why the hell was it being serve that Sunday my theory is they be selling refrigerated leftover which is against food violation for a restaurant and also the customer service is none existing when you walk in there is no one there to greet you so you just end up sitting there with nobody to take your order

The service there is absolutely terrible. Last time I ordered at 2pm over the phone and I was told it would be 20 mins for it to be ready. Due to them normally taking longer and I arrived 20 mins later than the time they said and my food wasn't ready. They were not busy either. I had to wait another 15 mins. There was no apology or acknowledgement even though I made a comment about it.
Today was worse, I called and asked what they had left because it was later in the day and at times they don't have everything. The girl(different girl from previous visit) who answered the phone was rude thinking I was someone else who kept calling that day. Again, no apology, I get there and this girl again with an attitude rushing me to order when she wouldn't take my order over the phone. There was no manager on site so nobody to complain to. I don't go there often because it's out of the way and the food itself is decent however they aren't worth it. I almost came out of character due to being so heated. DONT EAT THERE.
