I live an hour from Orlando, so most trips I drive back home, but some friends were in town and we decided to stay overnight in Orlando and this hotel was truly a delight. The decor in the lobby and our room was stunning. The pool is beautiful. The pool bar serves great drinks and apps. The restaurant was convenient and the salmon was tasty. The roof top view of the city is spectacular. The employees that checked us in and we encountered around the pool were super friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back at the Castle.

Ok guys…let me tell you Mr. Carino at the front desk offers the best guest services I have ever received. I was in a booking nightmare and this man took five star care of me with a smile the whole time. I was holding up the line for a good 30 minutes in distress over a partial third party booking and a date change with new and multiple reservations. He came to my rescue and helped sort the entire mess out without breaking stride. This man is a saint! I even had to call back later that night because Marriott booking once again altered my reservation incorrectly and set the nightmare booking scenario back into action. Mr. Carino came to my aid again and very kindly set all that was wrong right again. I have stayed at the Castle many times and always receive good service but this guy takes the cake. I hope his manager does something awesome for him. These are the kind of people you don’t want to let go. I have not come across customer service of this caliber in a very long time. Thank you Mr. Carino. I will definitely continue using Marriott because of you. You made my experience turn completely from a 0 to a 10. I can’t thank you enough!

Our stay at the Castle Hotel in Orlando was fantastic. It began with the very nice and helpful girl at the front desk who was a 100% customer service oriented. She made sure our room was exactly where we had requested. The decor was very well done and lent to the "castle" theme. The bartenders in the restaurant/bar area were very nice and professional. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast buffet; minimal selections for the price. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely appointed. Pool and pool bar were also great. This hotel is perfectly situated near many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. I'd stay here again in a minute!!

I honestly could not say anything negative about my experience. The hotel itself looks amazing as you approach, especially at night. It really is like a fairy tale castle and a hotel merged. The devour helps add to the fantasy. The view from the roof terrace was fantastic. Please don’t be mistaken, there are two rooftop areas on floor nine. One has furniture and the other does not. You really want the one with. The view of icon park is mesmerizing at night. The pool is like swimming in a big fountain , and the staff are nicer than in a fairy tale. ?. The staff really are amazing. They were always cheerful, helpful and kind. I would stay here again without giving it a second thought. ❤️

We love this hotel! The decor is so unique and fun! They have a nice bar/restaurant. There is a suit of armor in the lobby with a throne-type chair. We stayed 2 nights and did a short roadtrip, and came back to stay again on our last night because we loved the pool and the beds were SO comfortable! My daughter wants to buy the sheets and bedding! We saw the fireworks from a distance. The round pools is so beautiful with a center fountain. At night, the sunset is amazing from it. They have a hot tub that was busy, but we were able to get in. Their staff is TOP NOTCH! Clean rooms. Very close to walk to restaurants and amusements. Even close to nice liquor store. We LOVED Bahama Breeze restaurant that was close by, we ate there 3 times! Fantastic service. Trolley stop is near the hotel. Yes, we WILL be BACK!

Danny is the best at reception! Kind, friendly, and generous. Made our stay even better. The pool was really pretty. Lobby gorgeous with pretty details. The location perfect for all things and of walking distance to icon park.
For a hotel bar, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and liquor selection is great.

The servers were swamped, but they were both nice, it just takes a while for them to make it back to you. For appetizers, had the shishito peppers with bonito flakes which was yum! The truffle fries, just tasted like regular Wendy's fries. Also had the shrimp cocktail. It was a bit overpriced at $13 for 3 shrimps. My companion had the bbq rib burger which was a bit too rich and cloying for my taste, and I had the farmer's burger with pork belly and fried egg. I ordered it medium rare and it came closer to being well done. Is it the worse place yo get a meal? No bit there are plenty of other excelent choices on International Drive,so I suggest doing your research first.

My family and I went for the Orlando Weekly burger promotion and had a very pleasant experience. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and helpful, unfortunately I am terrible with names, however I do want to make sure I mention them all. From the guy at the door, who gave us directions and even checked to see how we liked our burgers as we were leaving. The person in the Antlers Lounge that personally escorted us to the pool bar and followed up with us a couple of times to see how we were. She even made the garden burger sound good. Best of all was our beautiful server, whose name starts with an A, was spot on with everything and makes a great mojito. The food and drinks were so good. There were others that came to check in on us as well and that was even when they started to pick up. As we were leaving, even the front desk staff acknowledged us and asked how everything was. Honestly I don't think we would have ever gone there had it not been for the promotion, but I am so glad we did. The next time we are in the area, I definitely want to try the Truffletini.
