It’s been 3 days and I’m still suffering from food poisoning. I had the tenders w/ Mac n cheese and the day after I ate that I woke up nauseous and dehydrated and the rest of the day I’ve been stuck dying in the bathroom. It’s been 3 days and it keeps getting worse. The cooks are probably not following food safety procedures. The sauce was probably sitting out for too long or getting reheated continuously to make a dish. I had to call out of my job because I literally can’t function properly. Ever since I ate the food from this location I haven’t felt the same.

Our server Taysha was fantastic. We were a large group, and though confusing, she sorted all the bills with our partners seated around the table like a pro.

We go to this Applebee's every few months. We always get the 2 for $25 Grilled Chicken with broccoli and green beans. In the past, the green beans were whole and not cut and a good amount. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and also a good amount. However, on 2/18/25, the broccoli was overcooked and mushy and only a few bites. The green beans were cut in smaller pieces and in a small bowl. The bowl was not even 1/2 full. These portions are way too small.
The grilled chicken was delicious as usual. It has never been dry and is seasoned very nicely.

This was my first time to be here. I ordered Mozzarella Sticks, came 8-eight pieces so good, and pesto sause. I liked Mozarella Sticks.

Poor service at the bar area. When I asked a server to help me get our check, she didn't wanted to help me because she wasn't my server, nor pointed me to who needed to help me. This happened after we tried to get our check and we were waiting for a long time. One thing is to be short on staff and another is to be unprofessional and not courteous.

Being the only restaurant open on Christmas Eve, we came in for dinner. It took 10 minutes to get us seated because they were probably short staffed. When we got seated, the host told us the server would be with us shortly. The server had two tables she was waiting on and passed us several times. Not even once did she acknowledged us nir told us she will be with us shortly. After waiting for 20 minutes we decided to leave.
We would have been understanding as we both worked in food service. But for our server not to even look our way the entire time we were sitting is such a poor customer service experience.

I ordered take out yesterday an the food was cooked hard an fast I let the manager know an he personally made my order over an let me say he really out did his self my food was made exactly how I wanted it it was so tender… thank you Jose!!! I really appreciate the time and effort you put into my order an listen to my concerns
