Applebee's Grill + Bar

It was okay. Asked for a booth that I got which was great, but didn't help with a child in the next booth who wore the menu as a hat, constantly jumped on the seat, climbed across the table, was hitting (I assume) his gran with a soft toy and was constantly shouting in the loudest voice possible. No-one tried to stop him, parents or servers. It's not cute and very annoying. Yes the server might want a tip, but it shouldn't be encouraged. I did feel that the server was doing too much that things went wrong or we were left for a while at times, but she did try - it wasn't busy though. Food wise, the combo was really nice - maybe change the spinach bowl to like a fondue cheese or something though. The "4 cheese" Mac and cheese was a major let down. It was watery and bland and I couldn't eat it. Don't understand why you don't have Pepsi Max either. Not many non sugar options available at all (I'm Type 2) and Diet Pepsi is disgusting.

The food was nothing like what was shown on the menu. It was completely cold, did not taste good, etc.

How do you run a business with no change. 20 minutes waiting for change. My waitress smell like marijuana. And she couldn't get our drinks right. Horrible experience.

Judy is amazing every time I come in she always is right on point with service coming from someone that works restaurant definitely would recommend Judy for amazing service 👍🏾🙏🏾

Not it. Ordered my food 20 min ahead and still wasn't ready 30 minutes after. No one asked to help me, finally asked a waiter, he checked in the back. Told me it's getting bagged up. Waited another 15 minutes and asked again, the same waiter told me he wasn't the one bagging it. Another waiter said she'd check on it. Anyhow 20 more minutes later, got my order. Wings didn't have sauce on it, it was on the side. I asked for saucy wings, why was there no sauce. The kids chicken tenders were nasty and almost black. Where the oil was old and nasty. It was a pick up order and just tossed that nasty ass food out. Bad service and horrible food. Not the place to to get good food. I was visiting Orlando and believe me, I won't be back here.

Absolutely the worst place we ever been, they absolutely don’t want I to work, we tried to get a table tonight (5th if Feb) the host said it was 40m to one 1h to sit, when the other lady with the glasses passed by she repeated what she said tô was thinking probably that we would not understand, she literally give the shoulder to us, absolutely rude and make sure to show us that they didn’t want us there ! She said it was only 3 servers, but we were not worry about that the wait, seeing that they made sure to kick us out without letting us even wait at the bar. REALLY RUDE .

The worst service I ever experienced in Orlando, rude people, the restaurant was totally empty and they told me that will be a 40 minutes wait and then just walk away, I try to talk to another server and was another Rude answer, I don’t know if was a something about me and my family that they just don’t like or they are just very rude, don’t recommend.

Okay so i went there with my husband, and the server was rude to us cause we didn’t leave her a tip. No we didn’t do a big order cause we are homeless, no we didn’t leave a tip because we don’t got it ! Please don’t go there if on a budget and can’t tip u will get nasty service !!!

Haven't been to an Applebee's for a long time and was quite impressed!
Menu was extensive with lots of options, prices were reasonable, food was bomb and service was on point.
Great job team!

Not sure why Applebees is still open last couple years there service has been terrible from slow to understaffed asked to speak to the manager because I just wanted a to go order and a small dessert at that and I walking in for 20 mins I was trying to get anyone one to take my order and the front later screamed and said 10 mins then told me to go to the bar waited there and a girl have a huge attitude manager wasn’t helpful at all he looks clueless so we just walked out I see why they have poor ratings
