I came with a party of 7 towards the end of the night we sat by the entrance . And our server Brian did amazing . Food came out quick . Nice and hot and he was on top of everything . Staff seemed to all get along and that says a lot about management and his team. So if I can give more stars to this restaurant and Brian I will. Great job and Brian keep up the good work . It’s nice to find servers who enjoy what they do

Went there with a buddy from work when staying in a hotel close by for a conference to get the 25$ for 2, we upgraded for 5$ each to chicken/shrimp dish, food was good, place was good, the service was excellent.

What a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond. This is a great place with reasonable prices. A special thank you to our waitress, Candy, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and care. This is an outstanding place to eat, excellent food and exceptional hospitality!

Terrible experience – be extremely careful with your belongings.

I had a very upsetting experience at this restaurant. I accidentally left my bag on the table, and when I called shortly after, the staff told me they had already “checked everywhere” and that nothing was found. This was surprising because the place was almost empty when I was there.

I decided to go back in person, and again they insisted that my bag wasn’t there. It was only after I asked to check the security cameras that suddenly my bag “appeared” and it was not misplaced. It was inside the staff’s area, as if someone had picked it up and kept it there.

This happened in less than an hour and a half.

Inside that bag were my passport and important documents for an international flight, and the fact that they were withheld until I requested the cameras is extremely concerning.

On top of that, the food made me feel unwell and the service was far from good.
But the biggest issue is the lack of honesty and transparency.

For that reason, please be very careful with your belongings if you visit this restaurant, because if something goes missing, you may not get it back unless you insist.

Yesterday was my birthday, and I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, Brian. Even though this location doesn’t sing Happy Birthday, he still went out of his way to make the day special. He took great care of me and my family from start to finish.
You need more servers like him his energy, professionalism, and kindness make a real difference. I’m truly grateful, and he’s a great asset to your company. Brian recommended the bourbon steak and it was delicious!!!

We came in a party of seven, we had to wait for a while at the door but that's understandable for a Saturday evening in orlando. Several things about this location have ended our visits here. Our server was Jackson and he did very well meeting our needs in a timely manor he was very attentive, however, he looked miserable as did every other employee I seen here. Towards the end of our meal we could hear a man screaming at another employee that he was the manager and what he says goes if he doesn't like it he can be terminated right now or speak to Mike or Mark about it. He was so loud degrading this employee we heard it in the dining area so no wonder the employees look miserable with management speaking to them this way. No one should be spoke to the way that man was speaking to this person. I will be contacting cooperate about this! As a business owner myself I find this extremely disgusting and this manager needs to be removed from abusing these poor people working under him!

Our food was delicious nonetheless.

Will not return to a place that allows the people who represent them to be degraded and disrespected by management!!

We had a party of 4 and were greeted by a very friendly woman named Lou Lou I think 5 stars for her. Then we were sat with a waiter named Brian who was terrible! So we asked to speak to a manager and after waiting 30 min an old man came outta the back and told us his name was Joe or something like that and he was the manager on the shift. He acted like our problems with Brian being arrogant and disregarding our issues finally just turned around mid conversation and walked off. So we asked again to speak to a manger and he refused to come back to our table! The only reason for the 3 stars was the food was Great and the lady at the front set the atmosphere for the place. Need to have more of the hostess attitude in that place and it would be great!

So tonight we ordered Applebee's for delivery. My buddy ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered a salad. First my salad was not very tasty. Second my buddies burger was cold. Also based on GPS our driver got lost 3 times. We had to call her 3 times. Also my Sierra Mist was flat.
